Sorry Dollar PLUS Tree. You lost my business when you raised prices. There are so many higher quality items at WalMart even cheaper. I would recommend that people pass up shopping at Dollar Tree until they go back to being "DOLLAR TREE,".

The store manager of the Monument location needs to be fired. I'm typing this and they should have open ten minutes ago. I tried calling the store number and there was no answer. Bad form.

Lots of items here I couldn't find at the ones closer to me. Clean store and we'll organized. Many items to choose from for St Patrick's day and Easter. Everything can be found here. Bathroom, hair care, cleaning supplies and snacks to name a few. Variety of crafts, floral and paints. Cashier was very nice and pointed me in the right direction for items I was hunting.

I recently went to this store cause I was nearby. I will never again shop here. I was told I had to wait until a manager was returned from being away from the store to do an exchange. I know from working at dollar tree over 10 yrs that no employee is supposed to be left without a assistant manager on duty.

DOLLAR TREE IS THE BOMBDIGGITY. I find what I'm looking for 99.9% of the time without breaking the bank. The choices are awesome also.

This store always smells like weed. I’ve tried to ignore it, but every single time I step foot in these doors the smell slaps me in the face. Other than that, it’s a good dollar tree.

This was my first visit to this location and I brought my mom (we both enjoy the Dollar Tree and the savings). I called before coming looking for purfume in glass bottles. The manager was very kind and professional, the store was clean and items were easy to find. There was a great selection of purfume to pick from and even though the cashier over charged me and my mom, I would return because the manager was quick to resolve the issue. I recommend this location and I'd shop again...I'd just make sure to double and triple check my receipt before leaving.

Horrible absolutely Horrible. I went there and their was a crazy mom beating, cursing and yelling at her kid! I was waiting in line and always my luck she was Infront of me, and had a mental breakdown because her credit card got declined!!! When, she left she held on her kids wrist so tight and he did NOTHING wrong!! The store was a mess and I couldn't really find anything!!!!

The cashier laron wit tattoos didn't speak that was kind of rude no type of friendly to customers dollar tree shud hired people's wit customer service n friendly he did go back in training cuz of not greeting customer I wud gave a zero rating I let corporate know also dollar tree store number 7903 mounment Rd jax fla.32225.

Went to pay, smiled and said hello...the guy never acknowledged me, kept talking to another employee..he showed me the amount, I paid and said thank you...he never said one word to me...I won't be back...RUDE

Visited August 28th at 2:20 so the manager can look up who was working. The man at the checkout wearing a hat was on his phone the entire time watching videos. Barely looked up. No hello or anything friendly. Frown on his face the entire time. Made it pretty uncomfortable at the checkout. This is not the first time this has happened. I remember him from a few other times and it was the same situation. I usually wouldn't call someone out like this, but I've never seen such an attitude of a cashier at any store. Either management does not care or they are not aware of this worker because they were not present. He literally has his phone on the scanner and is watching videos while he is scanning merchandise.Aside from this the store is usually clean, but has less variety than other dollar tree stores in the area.

Dollar ?is a great store to get stuff for birthday parties and for little kids. They have a great birthday card selection, holiday cards & thank you cards. The quality of cardstock is just as good a the $4-$7 dollar cards at Walgreens. They have streamers, balloons, party plates, cups & more. The people at check out are nice.Whenever I am looking for items or crafts for my kindergarten class at Sunday school I always find most of what I need there. It saves me a lot of $ compared to when I shopped at Michael's. Michael's is still great, but on a budget the dollar store works.The only negative is that everything is no longer a dollar, it is a $1.25, which adds up too. Still, they have good deals there, even for stuff like tissue, napkins & cleaners.

They are always very clean and have fairly nice staff.They kill it with the holiday decor. They've always got the good stuff that you'd need for Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Christmas, etc.
