I always go in for the things I need to get even if it’s multiple things I need to buy. De’Shawn is a wonderful employee and always makes my shopping experience more enjoyable. She knows where everything is that I ask. Has excellent customer service!
If it’s at night I usually come across Marie as the employee that makes my shopping trip easier. They are both great employees.

I went in today between 730-8pm to get a few things and everything was fine. Until I got to the cash register and my item came out to about $13. I gave the cashed a $20 and she shorted me .02 cents. I told her about how she shorted me .02 cents and she said oh really?!? oh I’m sorry I don’t have a manager here who can open my til to make the change. But we don’t have Pennie’s. I said okay I will wait for the next person to do their transaction and I can give you change so it can even out to .05 cents. She said well it’s not that serious. And I just kindly told her that I like my change and I don’t want her to get in trouble for her till. So I waited for the next customer and he paid card. He seen what happened and he said I have .05 cents just take it for we already know what you need isn’t going to happen. So he handed me the .05 cents and I was like thank you but she needs to give me my change that she owes me. And the cashier named Lashawn said well I don’t have anyone who can help but I can give you a penny from my personal wallet. And I said no you don’t owe me personally. The store does from your till. She couldn’t grasp it. And what the guy said clicked to me and I left. It’s said that this store always steals little change. I know it’s .02 cents but it’s money owed to me. I usually pay by card but this is my second time
Paying cash there and that’s .62 so far they have stolen.

I love this Dollar tree I walked in, and DeShawn greeted me with a beautiful smile and a positive attitude. She helped me find stuff in the store, and then, when I was ready to check out, she jumped behind the register and check me out. It was such a great experience she is a valuable valuable valuable employee.

This store used to be completely messy and unorganized. I went in the store on 1/18/24 and Ms. Deshawn has really transformed the store it’s clean and organized now

Thank you Dollar Tree for making my visit effortless! I needed a few things that I just knew Dollar Tree would have and I was on a time crunch. I went in, the isles were well laid out, I got exactly what I needed and headed to the checkout. I was making great time with a great experience...and then I had to wait in this very long line to checkout...ho-hum. OH SNAP! That ho-hum moment didn't last long...maybe a minute passed and another checkout lane opened up and I was outta there! Awesome...thank you! In general, I was happy with how well-stocked everything was compared to other stores. The staff was friendly and apologetic for the wait. There is a huge parking lot shared by the rest of the shopping center. Note: The only drawback about Dollar Tree is that the only gift cards that are sold here are for Dollar Tree. When you are gift buying and want to add a gift card (that is not Dollar Tree), keep this in mind.

Place is getting better. Cleaner and better stocked. Employees still don't get it when it comes to checkout. Long line but they still closed down to go on break...not smart as just a few minutes extra would have reduced the line. Still it's getting better so up from 2⭐ to 3 ⭐.Got what we needed but both outside and inside need cleaning. Over flowing garbage cans, debris on floor and shelves with all kinds of stuff just dropped. Store needs lot's of TLC and better management. Try another place.

I never really had expectations of a good / bad/ugly dollar store till now.This store funny ugly. Worker didn't seam to give F. Multiple open cans of drinks left around store.But one thing you cannot miss is the fact that they were out of bags. I think a DRUNKEN child wrote, the note on the door. "NO BAGSS". Which created Hilarious situations. Where folks would walk in and ask if they had to leave their purse/ backpack in their car.The employees entertainment themselves by every 2 minutes announcing that there were no bags...When I checked out the cashier it. Said that was because people got Sooo ? with him. He couldn't stand that they were upset and would simply walk out of the store to gather himself.Wouldn't you love a job. Where when you couldn't "deal with it" you could just walk outside..That's how it go here. Just leaving the customer and people line wondering of what was going on with their transaction.

I drove 15 minutes to get to this dollar store and to my surprise they were closed at 9:45 this is the third time this has happened to me within a month the doors are locked prematurely but employees are still in there apparently they close when they feel like it instead of the advertised hours

The customer service is horrible. They never have shopping bags. The manager has on a sleep cap and is not customer friendly.
