That older lady with the braids needs to go. She’s usually just standing around complaining while the others take care of a long line but when she actually deals with customers she is very rude, can’t do no wrong, and is even rude to her coworkers in front of customers.

Melissa is one of the most horrible people I have met !! Her Ignorance is shameful upon her community. It sucks to be a customer like me who had to experience her roar & shameful abuse ,all because of a small mistake that all customers make but that’s not the point! The point is how she stoops so low to make her customers feel so shameful as a Manager!! Corporate is on it as I speak.
