Its Dollar Tree, what's not to love? Yes, this one is in the ghetto but it is always managed very well. It is always as clean and organized as a Dollar Tree can be. This Dollar Tree ? is one of the few that carries food! YES FOOD FOR $1.25 OR LESS MANY NAME BRAND, Hurricane and COVID, I came here first because the large stores were packed and out of everything, but I got EVERYTHING WE NEEDED (TP, Sanitizer, gloves, masks, disinfectants, canned and dry goods, bread pnut butter chips and snacks, water). Weeks later, when other stores were out of stuff, Dollar Tree still had the needed items. I think I may be giving away my secrets, but the reason they have is because many folks think that the stuff is no good, but its not true, DT is held to the same quality standards on products as all the big chains. They do have many off brands, but they are not off brand in other places on the planet. You dont know until you try. Also I buy the very same party bags, paper, ribbon, cards, etc for 500% less and more. Some products do suck. If they do, ok, it cost you $1.25, throw it out, and move on. Also, on standards, COVID time all of their items started being shipped wrapped, sealed, and packaged so others didn't touch the product... same standards and sometimes even better. A certain canned brand name pre-seasoned Veggie (seasoned collards, Limas, Black beans, butters, etc) is $2 per can cheaper, yep only a $1.25. That hair brush, socks last forever compared to big brands, bags, dishes, storage, crafting, snacks, auto, pets, school/office supplies, party stuff..... get over your fear and try it! Yes, the carts have bars and locks because they are new, and customers love having nice new carts, but in the ghetto they tend to roll away without it. Oh, and you WILL ALWAYS HEAR a tough as balls store manager over the intercom announcing "To the folks shoplifting WE SEE YOU! put back the item or pay for it so we can keep prices low and have a GREAT Day shopping at our Dollar Tree" or something like that. Its funny, but it sorta makes me feel like safer or woohoo get um, taking back the street sort of comfort feeling, like a big ole glass of mamas sweet tea, yep they sell that too... many name brands but not always the same.... LOVE ME some Dollar Tree!

I had a horrible experience with the cashier Tiffany.
She was rude and hateful. She acted like we (customers waiting to check out) were bothering her. She was on her phone while I was trying to pay. She was impatient with an elderly woman who was ahead of me because she was searching for a few pennies to pay with. She snatched the pennies off the counter and told the lady " forgot it, have a nice day" in the most rudely way possible. She rolled her eyes a few times as if we were annoying her.
I'm a frequent shopper at this location, but will not be returning.
Her actions were completely unacceptable
One star.
The rest of the staff has always been friendly and helpful.

The associates did not want to be there today poorly stocked dim lighting they had three cold cases for beverages but the only thing you can find is energy drinks and diet Coke but on the bright side everything is a buck and a quarter

This dollar store has excellent customer service. This particular employee stands out to me, it’s a nice young man by the name of Daniel. I come in weekly to stock up on snacks and drinks and he always greets me with a kind smile and tells me hello, he offers to help with anything I need to find. I have had issues with unfriendly employees at this location before but, he has instilled my faith in this store. Even with being the only cashier that I see a lot of times in overwhelmingly long lines with many other customers complaining, he is still extremely friendly with everyone who he comes across even when he doesn’t need to be. He deserves a raise for how good he to people even when they are overwhelming rude to him, complaining how he’s alone at register. Poor management and scheduling isn’t his fault and anger shouldn’t be taken out on him. He goes above and beyond for every single customer and has outstanding character! We have fun, chitchat while he checks me out in a very quick pace, it’s always in and out as soon as i’m in the line, he’s very polite and efficient and it always makes me feel welcome walking into the store.

TEAM MEMBERS ARE COURTEOUS, HELPFUL, RESPECTFUL, KIND & HARDWORKING. I APPRECIATE THEIR HELP EVERY TIME I GO THERE. THIS DOLLAR TREE IS WELL STOCKED. CLEAN, WITH MANY PURCHASING OPTIONS. Staff members are rude. They need better customer service training. I asked one employee for assistance and she completely avoided the question. I asked her again and same response was, 'hello, how you doing'? Completely avoided the question. Even for a third time.

Liz went over and above in providing customer service in helping me understand a recently purchased balloon product. As such, it was my intent to inflate the balloons with helium and Liz helped me understand that it would not hold helium based on the position of the valve stem and the balloon’s material. In addition, she provided clear and precise directions of more product I needed during my shopping trip. During the check-out process without asking, she provided an additional bag to aid in carrying my purchased products as well as the inflated balloons. She provided absolutely exceptional customer service that is above reproach! WOW!
