I'm reluctantly giving them 5 stars! ? Every associate in there knows I hate this store!?? (That's why they see me in so many repeat visits!) No matter how focused I am on getting the one thing I came to get, I ALWAYS leave there with more!! All the while, I'm walking through there, looking at EVERYTHING, rambling out loud, "THIS IS WHY I HATE THIS STORE!"!
There should be a Dollar General 12 step program for people like me!!????

Jeff is on some kind of power trip. He's worked there for 5 years and knows all store policies by heart! Tried to stop me and my friend from each doing a coupon deal because we came in together. His words were "one coupon per transaction, per phone number, per person" we were using different phone numbers and different transactions. Also overheard him talking to another customer and he wouldn't accept her return because she bought it at another store because they have different receipts. He gets so much pleasure from telling customers no.

The guy at old st.Augustine rd store on 3-11-23 is a rude,disgruntled person. God bless his mean soul. I pray he finds happiness.until then, get a job where you don’t have to deal with the public dude!

Went in on a week night (June 30th or June 29th) and that they were NOT accepting CASH only credit cards. It was 30 minutes before they even closed :-( Who does that, I mean they weren't even nice about how they said it, just rude on every level.
