They have the WORST customer service at this location. Employees always... i mean ALWAYS have an attitude especially the older black lady and God forbid you ask a question about a product. On top of that the store is always "temporarily closed" at random times.. why don't they permanently close it.

Wow, where to begin? Behind the register, youll likely find a scowl to welcome you as you walk through the doors (that is of course assuming that there is actually somebody behind the register). The inside of the store you ask? Sloppy, and disorganized, with boxes and items blocking aisles. I wanted assume that perhaps the store was understaffed, in hopes that i would find an explanation for the store being such as it is. But while there i could have sworn i saw at least three employees, so i really dont have a way to justify why this store is run so poorly. Long story short, if you have dollar store needs, please just drive across the street to Family Dollar. The store is cleaner, more organized, and you get the impression that the employees that work there actually care about providing at the very least a more enjoyable shopping experience than anything you'll possibly get at this Dollar General.

Says two for four on the Mountain Dew product, but it rings up five dollars and they wouldn’t do anything to honor their own promotion which wasposted in the store

Mychella, an employee at this Dollar General location, is exactly who customers want to see when we enter a retail business. She gives each customer a sweet greeting and a genuine smile. If someone cannot find an item, she searches with the customer and makes certain that the customer is pleased. Her can-do attitude and professional outlook make her an exemplary employee. Thank you for hiring this outstanding young woman.

It was 7 minutes before the website states that the store closes and one cashier yelled the registers are closing in less that 60 seconds!!?? While the other is standing at the door like a bouncer. This is probably the worst location I’ve ever shopped in! It’s always the same two or three young girls with nasty rude inappropriate attitudes. At least one of them is always yelling at the top of her lungs the countdown of minutes before they close and they’re only excepting exact change or card because apparently they’re too lazy to count a register or run to the bank for change. Sometimes there are night where they actually are closed 15 to 20 minutes early and they are all just standing around the register talking pretending not to hear customers knocking on the door. Gas is far too expensive to be going back and forth to buy my daughter some baby powder here’s absolutely no customer service whatsoever and have time you’re standing at the register for five minutes waiting on one of them to show up I understand the no backpack policy for thieves and such however, maybe if you had employees that were actually paying attention to the store that wouldn’t be such an issue. Customer shouldn’t have to search for someone in a store that small. I truly believe there needs to be an entirely new staff to replace the ones who think they can do what they want and get away with it because there’s no one else in the store or the location just needs to be shut down for good do to lack of professionalism. Where is the manager ????
