What a terrible shopping experience I had today. I found two items amongst a lot of other items that were underneath the 50% off sign. Got to self checkout, paid for my items, and got my receipt to only see that nothing was 50% off.I asked the store associate who then got the manager. Both ladies then informed me that because I did self checkout, I cannot get a refund but only store credit. LOL!! In disbelief, I advised them the items were in fact with the 50% items. Manger told me they haven’t got around to moving the items where they should be.Long story short, after arguing with both of them, I got my cash money back rather than store credit.The store is in disarray along with the associates’ poor attitudes. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere.

Like any other store, I noticed DG is ran very well. The store is clean and items are in their right places. I also appreciate the precautions taken during this pandemic.Stephanie, #1 best cashier. Give her a raise.

Shoutout to the #10861 team this morning for going above and beyond! I lost my cat’s harness and leash just in time for his vet appointment, so I ran out to find a replacement. The staff searched every spot they could think of to try and find a small dog harness!! We didn’t end up finding one, but it’s nice to know my local DG staff have my back! Thanks guys!

Does not enforce mandatory mask mandate. Even the employees did not have mask on. One employee was bragging about catching COVID so the store could close down. I visited the store twice during the month of January 2021 and the majority of customers did not have mask on. Will avoid this location next time.
