Absolutely ghetto, the older cashier that was working tonight had a horrible attitude and flung my bag on the counter, while smacking on a peanut butter chocolate cup.

They never accept coupons. Coupons over a certain amount must have the dollar amount entered, they never try to help. Just tell you it's not scanning, they don't bother to check if the product is correct, when you ask why it is not working, cashiers all say the same thing, IDK it's just not scanning. Realized after encountering multiple cashiers, this must be what they are taught, ridiculous.. If you can't accept my coupons at least have the knowledge to explain why! Try to save every way you can and get this in return, no wonder people rob this store blind.

I literally used to go in here every other day. It has everything cheap, not too far and "great customer service" Everyone is usually very friendly and helpful. Despite, this is my 2nd run-in with the rude cashier. Last month, I thought she just had a bad day, but now I see its just incompetence. While in her regular line with customers, she walked over to me at the self checkout to say, "Oh, did it get it" like my stuff didnt scan. I looked at her crazy & confused (sn: its a camera at self checkout & store cameras) A month ago, she stopped in the middle of ringing up a lady to come to me and my cousin to say " I didnt hear a beep" I was like wym, everything beeped. I had maybe 10 things and was in the Middle of scanning. I told her she can check if she need to. She LITERALLY went in my bag and took everything out to look at the items like a dollarish each to see if they were scanned, which THEY ALL WERE! No apology, just ok then back to her register to finish ringing up the lady. It defeats the purpose to have a self check out, if #1, you think everyone is a criminal & stealing everything...and #2 if u insist on being the cashier at both lines! Highly degrading & unacceptable!

I love this store! Store where everyone knows everyone it’s a great environment very rarely are they out of stock of what it is I’m looking for and I love it there! The manager is amazing the crew is amazing??

More than one customer in the store with a dog that was clearly not a service animal. One large dog repeatedly trying to get to the smaller one. Not at all safe for other customers, especially children.

Store is dirty , and the girls at check out do nothing but sit on their phone instead of helping people, extremely unprofessional, ill go to the other dollar general from now on.

This location seems to be the pits, I guess they have a hard time getting good help because the lady that was the cashier tonight was unfriendly, unhelpful and tell me my coupons wouldn't work but wasn't willing to do anything to help because I could have saved a couple of dollars. I guess I'll just continue to go to the new one down the street when this one is literally 500 ft from my house.

I just watched a witnessed this store manager talking very disrespectful to another employee WITH an costumer. she seems fairly new(the employee) but that is NO WAY to talk to someone in front of a store fill of people! I'm not going to say how I really feel about this situation, but that was totally unprofessional!

Good visit today. Friendly gentleman, and I did not get hid name. They did not have everything we needed but it is not a full grocery store obviously. But we did find most of what we needed and the man at the register was helpful and friendly when we did have questions.But the wife says they need more dried fruits like Craisins.

The help is no help and the staff is wasting time chatting on her phone while the line builds more and more. The lady that I have time after time seen wasting company time and the customers as well. By not doing anything but talk on her phone. Her name is Lara.

On average visit staff is pretty nice. I guess this store had help from other locations because I seen lots of folks stocking. The line was long so I browsed through the store with merchandise in arms looking through the aisles in case I'm missing something. They had big carts with little clearance so bumped into a cart when I lost balance passing through. Nothing dropped from what I heard so I continued to heard this employee in the background snap saying "REALLYY??!!!!" I considered apologizing before I heard him complain. I hear this guy in the background griping as he works and another cart falls apart. First thing he does is tell another guy he's working with that guy is knocking over carts, so I walk up look at him and the other employee to see if he had something to say to me instead of about me. which he didn't. If he doesn't have any patience he needs to work a job away from others just saying.

I went to Dollar General a few days ago and the experience was absolutely awful in fact I had to actually parked my car and walk out and leave there was some lady in line that was having some kind of issue with her order or whatever and she look like she was under the influence of Narcotics the manager was tied up with another customer complain about a 50 Cent discount I'm going to washing powders and there was no line wrapped around the whole store and everyone was complaining and the manager should have took control of the situation and handle things in such a way that would have taken care of all customer's issues delayed eonline that I was talking about I don't know what her problem was but she looked like she was under the influence of something they should have told her to one side and let her know that if she wanted to wring her order up a certain way or go through a certain process that she would have do that in such a way that it wouldn't inconvenience 20 other customers in line This is a common problem with this door between 7 and 9 p.m. is that there will be one cashier and no one can get cashed out Dollar General should have enough common sense to look at their cameras and realize when they're high volume or they're still State and staff more effectively during that time this is just your comments then and Barry a blatant example of mismanagement that could easily be corrected it runs your customers off and cost you a lot of money because nail I'm very wary of going in that store during this time and will give another type of business like that my business because I do not have 30 minutes to wait in line just to check out my time is valuable and it was everybody else's Dollar General needs to realize this and tighten up or they're going to lose money it's very simple and sending to pay attention to what's going on in their stores are they will lose business time for Walmart
