I was there this am and after standing there for 10 mins to check out the cashier comes out and tells me to use self check out or leave it don’t even take cash lol then she stood behind me when the self check out was acting up and beeping and not ringing up but it would sound like it did after redoing my order the whole time she is standing there being rude when she could of just did her job & cashed me out of course not tho if your that unhappy at your job then don’t work there don’t make others miserable tho this just made me not want to even go back

In the last month it seems every time I try to go to This store they are supposed to be open until 10pm and they lock the doors but are in the front of the store they will come out and tell you they are closed when there is clearly no reason for them to not be open. If the associates are going to close the store at 8pm you should change your store hours cause it does not look to good on the store when the associates appear to be just standing at the registers with the doors locked or are smoking in front of the store on their phones and claim they are closedThe question is why

If I could ZERO stars I would! I have been visiting your place for years. I recently have a service dog with me. Before I even got all the way through the door, the employee SCREAMED at me about not allowing dogs. I told her she was a service dog and I continued walking. Once I was almost across the store she again... YELLLED that she needed a vest to prove it. Which according to the ADA law... you are NOT allowed to ask me any questions except for "Does your dog provide a service'', I then say '' YES" And that is ALL that is allowed to be asked of me. I was humiliated and embarrassed, but if that wasn't enough.. when I got to the register (didn't even get the item I went for) she started to claim my service dog was jumping all over everything and she has allergies. I hope you have cameras because you will see that my dog's back feet NEVER left the ground. She did in fact paw at me as that is her JOB! And she only did that because the employee was so horrible to me it made me visibly upset. She then told customers behind me '' I DON'T KNOW WHY THEY EVEN ALLOW ''THOSE" DOGS IN HERE... I HAVE ALLERGIES!" I have never been more humiliated and uncomfortable at a store in my life. I will also be contacting corporate with a list of the ADA laws.

The manager on duty was pretty rude; I didn't catch her name, but she was a middle-aged white woman. Maybe she was just having a bad day. Customer beware.
