I give this store one start an I don't even want to give it that... Experience I had at the store was the worst experience I ever had my husband and I ever accused of shoplifting but the woman could not tell us what we shoplifted nor did they want to pull their cameras to show where we stole anything so in my eyes the people that work here are prejudiced... When we are the normal working everyday white people and went and spent money in the store two to three times a week.. since this has happened we have spoke to several different people that has have similar experiences with the same lady that accused us of shoplifting. Thank you..

It's sad that this store aswell as all theirs store sell damage heaters that work 1 month cuts off in 39 degrees and they will not exchange or refund your $$ without receipt the money in need heat I just wanted an exchange

No matter what job you have in life, always remember that great customer service will take you a very long way. Apparently at this location customer service means nothing. I needed help finding a few items so I asked the cashier for help, she was the only one I saw to ask, honey you would've thought I had cursed her out or something...she was rude, I told her honey nevermind and walked out. I'm a very polite person, not matter how I'm feeling you'll never hear me being rude to anyone. They need a customer service class.
