Rude employees. Never open on time, it's 8:30. Lady manager came outside, I asked if yall were open yet, she said in a rude voice. "Nope that's why I aint open the door yet." Then don't put 8am on your hours of operation. Unprofessional and inexcusable to its customer base. It's a wonder they are still in business. I left after she was so rude and won't be returning. I'll go to the Family Dollar down by Walmart instead. From the other review it looks like yall lose a lot of business because of the way this place is run. Corporate or the franchise owner should really take a look at this place.

The water backflow in front of your store has been spraying water all over the ground for over a week now. Please stop wasting water and get it fixed

Online hours say they closed at 10pm. Show up there at 930pm manager had the store closed.

Went to go grab some cleaning supplies after leaving the Waffle House next door. When we pulled in, we were surprised since this location is always full that the parking lot was so empty. Cardboard sign on the window that says “Temporarily Closed” and some regular says “well sometimes Maria closes down the store to use the bathroom because she is the only one there, so maybe wait it out.” Dude, an easy 20 or more cars pulled in and left so we finally did too about 20 mins later. Whoever did that lost that store a TON of business that day.

only local $$$ store family dollar on the bluff is quite terrible. .nobody to put the stock away. This $ general is keeping the shelves stocked, quite better. We are still getting over the grip of Covid and the worse economy . peace

The Merrill Road Walmart Neighborhood Walmart used to be great. The customer service desk was staffed with friendly people and I enjoyed going to the store. While it is still nice to go there and use the self check out, the Customer Service staff they have now is for the most part extremely rude. If you try to make pleasant conversation with them, they either ignore you or say something rude. It is inexcusable the way their customer service staff behaves. They should call it the customer disservice desk instead.

Went to store at 9am. The door said hours of operations 8am to 10pm . No explanation on door..Employee standing out side on phone..smh

Really loved this store. The employees were very polite and very helpful. I didnt need assistance but another customer did. The employee very KINDLY directed them to the product. They are quick with "Yes Ma'am & No Ma'am." The store is well stocked. No boxes blocking the aisles. Very positive shopping experience!!!
