I wish I could give a zero .. this is my to go store I usually go in the evening never had an issue. There was no cashier n there was a line .. I took the initiative to let them know n they had an attitude . Left things there n one of the workers had the audacity to tell me if whatever I left there did Touch her face she was going to fight me . I don’t have time for that . N the front manager omg ? Very immature n unprofessional workers

Why put any price on the shelf,if it don't matter what you charge me at checkout? The price on the shelf is NOT the price you're charging at the register. When I make known the price that's on the shelf, (and I can read), I know how to make sure I have the correct item. They say the can't change the price in the register. The price on the shelf is the reason I picked it up. If you are a business, conduct yourself like one. DO NOT POST UP OVER HERE and think we're going to accept anything. Very cluttered, boxes everywhere, hard to walk through aisle. Staff rang up my items,but when I went to pay , she was on her phone, I waited, finally another staff member came and took my payment. Won't go back

The 5 Stars are for these Product This is a must have for naturally kinky curly hair textures and for Locs... The shampoo is amazing & cleanses the hair beautifully. The conditioner is great also, really love the subtle chocolate scent & both smell really nice ? $4-5 a bottle is a great deal and for the size, You cannot beat that And IT WORKS. Hair is softer and more manageable ? African Pride also has an oil that is good ??The Store:( 3 Stars )7 out of 10xs I can find what I need and the selections are pretty good & Prices are affordable.But Sometimes the smell is very off putting when walking in the store and Sometime employees are on their phones while assisting customers at check out.However, There is one gentleman there who has been there for a good while and he is ALWAYS polite and helpful. I don't know his name, But he's a tall Black Man, wears glasses and has good customer service.Self Check Out:3 StarsVery convenient; until you're purchasing cold medicines and or alcohol, etc & that's understandable. But sometimes the wait for assistance can be a little too long, then the checkout experience becomes aggravating ? but overall it serves it's purpose

Great customer service!! My experience there is always pleasant, however my last 2 times there it was an older black short female with black and redish hair in a short bob style. She just wasn't friendly at all and came across rude. Other than her everybody else is upbeat and pleasant ☺

This store has completely fallen off there is no shopping carts! The shopping baskets are dirtier then the floor. There's nothing ever on the shells a bunch of people that don't know what they're doing and are usually just talkin and fooling around instead of working.
