Their website said they had (20) New Year plates and napkins in stock. However, staff said they never got any New Year items in?.

Great customer service!! My experience there is always pleasant, however my last 2 times there it was an older black short female with black and redish hair in a short bob style. She just wasn't friendly at all and came across rude. Other than her everybody else is upbeat and pleasant ☺
