Unprofessional at best! You’re performing moving services during a summer in FL. It’s not new. Come better prepared. Sloppy packing and labeling. One mover needed two hours to rest bc you went out the night before (yea I heard). Lost items and damaged goods upon arrival.
Only reason I signed for the shipment is because I wanted them out of the house as quickly as possible.
Hopefully this was a one-off experience

These guys just moved me out today.. they told me it'd be a one day job.. but apparently there was some hiccups the day they came out and there was a lot left to be done.. a mostly new crew came the next day and they beasted it.. Jerome was the crew leader and this guy was on a mission.. he had the rest of the house packed and did it without cutting corners.. everything was packed neatly and organized and he was super nice.. there was another kid there that was a nonstop worker and super nice, but I forgot his name.. i think it was paul.. he was really good and had only been with the company a few months.. I can't thank them enough for the job they did I want them to be recognized for an amazing job! Thank you guys from my entire family!

I’ve worked for DN Van Lines since mid-February and made my personal move from Florida to Massachusetts with the company in late March. Liz did a fantastic job coordinating my move with me to ensure there were no surprises. The crew from Jacksonville (Carlos, Francisco, Josue, and Quentin) were professional, resourceful, and efficient. As promised, the truck only had my stuff on it, and 3 days later all my belongings were delivered to my new address. Everything arrived in one piece and nothing was missing.. my only regret was not letting DN Van Lines do more of the packing!
I highly recommend DN Van Lines to anyone looking for a full-service mover.

Updated 7/16/23 still no response from the company about anything after providing my name, …….DO NOT HIRE! I used them to move my whole house in February. I watched them take this new Bluetooth speaker out of my house that I purchased for $300 a month prior to moving. At my new home they unloaded the truck, the back was empty. When we got the new house unpacked I realized the speaker was not here. I called the company and they said they checked the truck and anywhere it could be but it was not anythwhere, it was obviously STOLEN by one of the movers, but since I did not get the insurance they they would not replace it! Sooo they want you to get insurance to cover things their employees steel!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Name is under Brubaker.

Kevin Jr, Andy, and Q did a fantastic job ensuring everything was packed to standard. They verified if there were any questions about moving an item, very time efficient, took breaks when appropriate, were on time, and made sure the pack up went as smoothly as possible. Great team!

Absolutely the worse moving company out there...stay away from them. They do not pack your items in accordance with moving standards set. When they loaded it into the truck they were just shoving things around with no care at all with your items. The lead packer got into an argument with my wife as both doors were open which is understandable as they were moving but then they turnaround and say it is too hot and turned our thermostat down without telling us. Once we caught on and turn the thermostat back to 78 , they turned it down to 70. The lead packer started going off and we explained as long as both doors are open the AC will never shut off and will not get any cooler in the house. Along with the worse packing job ever they banged around all items and nearly everything is scratched, dented, or completely ruined. When they got to our new house they slid the couch across the solid oak floors and gouged the floor in 3 different spots, impacted the dry wall with the corner of something and did not say a word about it. Working a filing a claim and having issues with that as well. They deserve a zero star, even a 1 star for this company is too high,

We were on a military move from Virginia Beach to Jacksonville FL. Two of the movers took several breaks to the truck throughout the move and came back smelling like Marijuana. Several items were stolen during the move, totaling $4000 worth of household items including sentimental family jewelry and large tools/appliances to include a generator and pressure washer. The company was aware this had happened but waited until we discovered the items were missing to send a manager. Not only were items stolen several items were damaged, countless items and boxes were not numbered, and items were so poorly packed we just keep discovering new broken items. We are beyond disappointed with this company, please if you value your items do not use this company. They get one star for telling us the thieves were fired, and one for the unloading crew being good. Below is a picture of how one of the boxes came off the truck.

We are a military family moving from south Ga to Hawaii. We had Kevin and Adam from this company come and they did an excellent job with limited staff. The 2 of them are professional, courteous, and boxed our items as we asked. Those 2 men are outstanding from start to finish. All that hard work and they never stopped smiling.Edit> once our stuff was actually at the warehouse, we asked for pictures of all our stuff crated up and sealed. We have been waiting for 5 weeks and still no pictures. This is not a reflection of the nice guys that moved us but poor customer service on the company. They told us it would be about 3 weeks before our stuff even went to a port, we are on week 5 and have no idea what is going on. Even the point of contact for the military can't answer our questions. At this time we are very concerned about our stuff.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Fair warning, they don't care about the condition of your goods, nor do they care that everything did not show up to your new location. The guys that actually did the move out and move in were great when doing their job. What happened in between is anyone's guess. Amongst the missing is a nearly new sas subwoofer, a forge cast iron set (still in box), and 2 sets of bamboo sheets with undercovers. A wheel was completely knocked off of a cedar hope chest leaving a 2" hole where the tearout was in 3/4" thick cedar plank. Another wheel was also missing off of another large antique wardrobe. Thank god it was not ripped out as well, just missing.... No explanation as to how or why, just to call and make a claim. Claim sent back in mid October 2021, have not heard anything back as of this writing. Getting prepped for court. Too many bad moving companies in Florida. Really bad thing is that these guys are contracted to move our veterans from base to base.
