They are an extremely busy location. However, I called ahead to reserve an appointment and was seen and had my car fixed in less than 2 hours. Customer service was great.

Super friendly staff. Prompt service. Whole different experience compare to Scottsdale locations, where at least hours of wait for rotation and flay tire fixed even after appointments
