A company that has become to busy for their own good. They have always had great customer service but not today. Greeted with a "I will be right with you " by the fellow behind the counter only to be completely ignored for the next 15 minutes, while the phone rang unanswered. We finally left and took our business elsewhere.

New RV tires for Dually chassis with valve extensions added.
My RV is 10'9" tall and fit in their bay fine.

Had a peice of metal in my tire today, so as usual I take my vehicle to discount tire. I just bought brand new 22in tires and rims.. They do the plug but while doing so the tech scratched my rim up. Not going to lie I was pretty heated.. But Ketih was very helpful. Most places would try not to accept responsibility. Keith took pictures of damage and assured me the issue would be resolved. Which to be honest I figured was just a way to get me to leave. But not even 30 min later I get a call from Keith letting me know he has the new rim being shipped and will take 3 days to arrive. Very happy with how they handled the situation. If you go here ask for Keith for sure.

Visited here today because I had a nail in my tire. Their card machine froze after I swiped my card so my bank account showed “pending” for 160 then 30 minutes later they told me the payment didn’t go through and I would have to swipe it again. For 30 minutes I was just sitting there without any orders for my car to be taken care of because the receipt didn’t go through apparently. Everybody who came in after me within those 30 minutes were seen before me.
So now there’s two charges of $160 on my bank account that are pending. They were supposed to change 2 tires. Then the guy comes and gives me a receipt because they “did the paperwork wrong” for something different.
Anyways, the part that has me heated is that whoever drove my car hit something and scratched the left bumper on the front. They didn’t say anything about this and I saw it when I got home. It was just unprofessional and the only reason I went to this location is because it’s closer to my job. I normally go to the location on Skymarks and that’s what I should have done.

This place is horrible..... literally had to argue for what I needed done. My front driver tire has had a slow leak so decided to replace 2 tires and had to argue to get the new tires put on the front, so after coming back so they could get the tires and arguing with the guy I leave only to notice the put the tires on the back. They literally talked to me like I had no idea what I was talking about, treated me like I was slow just man-splained to me the whole time and did the complete opposite of what I wanted...... Soooo after leaving super late, have to go back because now my truck is shaking and pulling to the left.....unbelievable.... If you're a man they might treat you half decent but if you're a woman go literally ANYWHERE else.

I generally love Discount Tire and have taken my car there many times. I typically find that the employees are kind and speedy with their service. However, I pulled up today to get my tires filled up as I had a long trip ahead of me. There were at least 5 employees in the garage, all of whom saw me waiting. I understand that things are busy and it might be inconvenient to come check my tires for me, but I sat for 15 minutes waiting for someone to assist me and no one ever did. They all looked at me multiple times, but instead chose to goof off, not even actively working on cars, just messing around. I decided to drive away as I did not have time to wait and waited infinitely longer than I should have to receive service. I am very disappointed and feel disrespected and this experience altered my perception of the company. I will think twice before coming here again.

Scheduled to have 4 tires installed on the website on Monday. I did the order on Thursday. I call up their Monday morning and make sure my tires are ready to be installed and told they have not even ordered them yet. You had 3 days to get these tires in and you have not done anything? That is a joke. I will never go to a discount tire ever again.
