“Tried to walk in at 7:45 when they close at 8 which says it on the door, the entry doors were locked but the exit doors were unlocked, I was first ambushed not greeted by Ms. Allen white older lady with pink short hair and she didn’t even say hello the first words were, “We Close in 15 minutes” I had to say hello to her! Julisha greeted me properly and I thank her for turning my not so good experience into a better one considering I’m here ALL the time. Joana is awesome too!”
“Store is cluttered with no organization but they have many good deals. Some prices are the same as most stores but most are good deals. Does have a wide selection with a frequently changing inventory of products.”

“I went into the dollar store yesterday and was immediately greeted by GiGi. She was checking people out at the register and greeting those coming into the store. I was so impressed with her friendly personality! When I checked out she was just as friendly asking how I was doing, etc just as she had with the customers before me. “I really enjoy finding the unexpected. Sometimes, a unique item will catch my attention, but I honestly enjoy looking for crafting ideas and items. Lol It's also a convenient stop to grab staples and snacks. We have found quality furniture we needed from time to time as well. One particular bed set is still being handed down in our family. A Recliner bought 12 or 13 years ago has just now been donated in great working order.The store in Oakleaf is always very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. It's a mini Walmart, only with intelligent employees and great customer service.We were specifically looking for an item we saw online around Thanksgiving. We could not locate it on the floor anywhere. After asking an employee about it, they went above and beyond to find the item for us. They even went to the store room and opened a box that had just not made it to the floor yet. We were very grateful, as it was to be an advent calendar for our grandson.Another time, I lost my balance in the store. (Being old is rather annoying) The staff were there almost before I hit the floor. They were very kind and helpful, reducing my embarrassment greatly, and helped me back to my feet. Their care and kindness was unexpected in this day and time.”

“I don't know what the store looked like before I moved to Jacksonville and was blessed on Sept 6 2023 to be a part of the Family Dollar Team which the past look doesn't' matter to me because all I can see and get to work with and around is the amazing manager "Mase" and his team who I have watched and is still watching work above and beyond to make sure he keeps the store clean, organized, and looking good at all times which is also what he trains his employees to do as well and I love it and the store and wouldn't want to be moved for anything but I will gladly go and lend a helping hand to the other Family Dollar stores who are in need of some help but not moved.”

“I went to this Dollar Tree for the first time yesterday. This is, by far, the cleanest and most organized Dollar Tree I have ever visited. Even the air smelled clean, without the nasty cleaning chemicals saturating everything. Everyone walking through the store was commenting on just how good the store looked and smelled. Believe me, this is not something that usually happens, even in an upscale store. This will be the Dollar Tree that I use from this point forward. “I've been shopping with this store for a few decades. With that said, I am very pleased that they were able to get the new store space and join with the café. The employees, the very hard work to make it as normal of an array of the clothing, glassware, furniture, and even jewelry.
