If only I could give them ghost stars, I would. Let me tell you about MY experience. I dropped my dog off for a simple cut and wash. However, when picking him up, he looked great, BUT he was BLEEDING all over the back of my car. When I noticed, I had to CALL THEM, and that's when they explained they cut his nails too low and he bled. However, they THOUGHT their quick fix flower dip remedy would cease the bleeding. It didn't. My dog proceeded to bleed after their quick fix recommendation into my car, my garage, my house, my carpet, AND his pillows. It didn't stop bleeding until approximately 4 hours later AFTER I picked him up. However, since I had to call them to see if he was ready, there's no telling how long it went on before I picked him up. If you love your dog like a child, do NOT bring them here. They were unapologetic and tried to cover it up. Not worth the discounted price, for they only offered a free cut, not to cover the vet price; this was AFTER arguing them down to fix the issue, and thats the best they could come up with. After declining, I took to warning other pet moms. #YoureWelcome

Called in on a Friday around 130pm and the lady I that answered the phone was rude as hell. I asked if she could possibly get my gabby in that day and she responds “DO YOU KNOW WHAT TIME IT IS!? WE CLOSE IN LESS THAN A HOUR AND A HALF. Informed me that they do walk ins on Saturdays. I left work early to get her there to be groomed before our road trip and they were so rude and not gentle with her so she snipped and. They kicked us out. DO NOT RECCOMMED!

I started using Dip & Clip in 1998 to groom my Cocker Spaniel. In 2000 I started breeding Toy Poodles, taking my pups and parents to Dip & Clip. I have been taking my Shih Tzu regularly since 2018.

I took my baby penny here for the first time Monday and the process was so easy and they were so nice my baby is a golden doodle and almost 3 years old she has never been to a professional groomers due to grooming her myself since I purchased her but she had puppies 6 months ago and all of my time went into taking care of them so I wasn’t able to tend to her so she was extremely matted but these ladies almost made me cry with how great she looked when I picked her up I was nervous that she would misbehave due to never being groomed by anyone but me but they said she did awesome thank you ladies for taking care of my big baby you deff have a repeat customer now not only that the price was beyond reasonable with the way bills and life is it’s hard going to groomers because of the expense I actually just googled a couple of places near my home which would be close to or on 103rd one place I called said $150 when I called dip and clip I was quoted 60 even though it ended up being 70 which still is better than 150 now I feel that due to it being affordable I can keep my baby looking nice and not break my pockets thank you ladies once again I will be bringing my puppy next

Amazing amazing they cut your dogs like show dog couldn’t no one haven’t no one cut my dog like them ever , Prince and princess is my babies and they do every dog come they there door amazing , very affordable.

I was a walk in and they cominate me right away. I have long hair dachshund. I had her cut to a smooth. Looks great. She will enjoy her walks now without the long hair. Thank you Dip N ' Clip.

My fur child has been known to give groomers hell, but they still took care of him! And he's allowed to come back! Can't say other groomers have allowed that. Lol

They pretty good but didnt clean his ears like I suggest check before leaving a little cologne would be nice too but for the price I guess can’t ask too much

My puppy was butchered at another local spot down the road.. dip and clip to the rescue. They corrected the cut and made my puppy look incredible.
