Well now I know where to I'll be shopping!! If you would like know what it feels like or just be reminded of how great customer service feels head over to this Dillard's! Upon entering I am always warmly greeted, at each department the specialist are professional helpful and seem genuine. It is refreshing to shop here. My latest excursion was fruitful due to the young lady who was determined to put a smile on my face. She was successful ✨️ I definitely will be back ; D

Well I was trying to buy a few pairs of shoes for gifts with my daughter but the lady wanted to play a game of 20 questions about where I work and why I was off and how come my daughter wasn’t in school. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

This store location needs to raise the thermostat to keep the store at a comfortable cool temperature for their customers and employees. It was so hot when I was shopping, that I cut my time shorter to leave the store and get cooled off in the Air-conditioning of my car.
