If you ever need makeup from MAC .. don’t go here .. go to the actual makeup store , the manager was extremely rude and racist and they are always out of products . Instead of telling me that a specific product that I wanted was out of stock , she went to the back and got me another product and tricked me into believing that it was what I wanted ( foundation ) and I didn’t realize until I got home …. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

This is a very large Dillard's department store that has many different designers and quality brands with a huge stock of inventory. It was refreshing to go shopping for shoes and actually be able to walk out of the store with a pair of shoes in my size! It was also nice to see employees working in the shoe department instead of self-service shopping with shoes stacked up in cubbyholes. I will go here again!

When you enter the Dillard's at the St. Johns Town Center in Jacksonville, you will be amazed with this shopping experience! The staff were awesome and so helpful in each department that we went into. All of the staff were very professional and well dressed. They went out of their way to help us find what we needed and assisted us in every area that we visited. This was such a pleasant shopping experience! I appreciate all of the assistance that my daughter and I were given on our search for the perfect Mother-of-the-Groom dress! I highly recommend Dillard's at the St. Johns Town Center to all that are looking for a pleasant shopping experience!
