We paid extra for fast delivery, waited all day at home for our package delivery. Nobody ever showed up to deliver. The driver lied, falsely reporting that he attempted delivery. The delivery status changed to on hold but also showed new delivery date. I called dhl customer service next day and was told the delivery would be made that day. Again nobody showed up. Now a 3rd day later, status shows they gave my package to a third party for delivery and now have to wait for further delivery update. Poor service received every time, companies have used them to ship my packages.

I ordered a package gave specific delivery instructions. My package was on hold and scheduled to be delivered 01-04-24 9:10 am. It was a Christmas gift for my son. We’ve both been racking the package all week and today 9:10am no delivery. Finally receive a text and email alert that the package was delivered however we never received a package. Remind you I gave specific delivery instructions also cameras around my house never seen DhL truck or anything deliver. Also I requested that the package be signed for and on the PDF they have my son as a signer. I contacted customer service and they informed me that they are sending a request to investigate and I’ll be contacted 01-05-24 at 10:00 am. I am really pissed and will never use this service again. I want to know where’s my package

* I got in touch with Melissa Via Email (big thank you to her) & she was able to finally get my package to me the next day(today) and got things turned around. I am happy I finally received my package!My package was scheduled for delivery on Dec 13 (Christmas gifts) they are still not here my package reached Jacksonville & has been on “HOLD” for many days. I called their customer service where the man said they are having a lot of delays when I asked if I could schedule a pick up he was laughing while telling me “of course but that’s not promising either the system said I could pick it up tomorrow but it’s not a garuntee either.” I asked when it could be delivered then and he said “tomorrow isn’t promised and that he doesn’t know because of the delays.

SO DISSAPOINTED.Got a notification yesterday that my package (which are Christmas presents) would be delivered by EOD today 12/22/2023. Saw that as of 3:42pm package was out for delivery. I have been home since 3:45pm sitting in my living room with 3 dogs that will very quickly let me know when someone is at the door. Got a text at 7:13pm "We tried to deliver but no one was home" Exuse me??? No one knocked or rang the door bell??? Immediately called their Customer Serivce line, still currently on hold now for 1 hour and 18 minutes haven't spoken to a single person. Tried using their live chat "Sorry no representatives are available for live chat, our office hours are M-F 8am-7pm MST" IT IS 8PM HERE EASTERN TIME SO YOU SHOULD BE OPEN. SO BEYOND UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED. I Get that holidays are insane times for retail and shippers. But TO NOT EVEN KNOCK OR RING MY DOOR BELL??????? What the heck?????

If you ever think that UPS, USPS, or FEDEX are bad, then do not ever try to use DHL! This is a incompetent organization run by broken people. Led by greedy managers, and over paid CEO's. Resist the temptations of advertised low rates, because your customers will go through hell trying to receive the packages. Totally broken company. Fraudulent as you pay for DHL to do the work but they just pass it off to companies like the local postal service for deliver.

Twice this has happened twice no attempts was made to deliver my package I’ve been in my home for the past 2 days no ring on the doorbells no knocks y’all are the worst shipping company y’all must be into stealing packages because this doesn’t make sense no attempts were made yesterday nor today…. And I paid for express delivery…… Sorry excuse for a company nothing have to be said just let me sign for my package and be on your way……. LIARS!!!!

The package was out for delivery. The address on the package is correct. Information says a delivery attempt was made but not even a note was left. I have no ten digit tracking number because the sender had a much longer tracking number that DHL did not recognize on the automated phone line.Several attempts to call DHL were worthless.Poor service in delivery and no service in getting actual help.

Package supposedly arrived Wed, scheduled for delivery Thur, status update that the "Consignee premises was closed due to a local issue or access to the delivery area is restricted by a regulatory body due to a local issue" - It is a residence and nothing is blocked. Now it is Friday and no one local will contact me and Phoenix call center just keeps saying "Will get you an update tomorrow - oh wait - we are closed on the weekend - maybe Monday" Don't understand why there isn't more communication. I would have driven up to the location if it was just a mistake not getting it on the truck.

These people are incompetent, I have been trying to get my packaged back out for delivery after they attempted delivery 5 days before tracking said it would arrive. I originally missed the early delivery because I was out of town, so I come home on a Monday see the notice and call to reschedule delivery. They tell me the package is out for delivery Tuesday with the signature requirement waived. Tuesday at 6pm there is no package so I call again. They tell me the package could not be delivered unless a signature is required, annoying but ok I schedule the delivery between 3 and 5 Thursday. I take off work Thursday to make sure I don’t miss the package but again DHL DOES NOT SHOW UP. So I call them back and they give me the “this package can’t be delivered without a signature” and I tell them yeah that’s what they told me Wednesday and why I took off work to be home. So now they tell me it will be out for delivery Friday with signature required so I will be taking off work again tomorrow because this location is incapable of delivering a package.

The worst delivery company. My package was supposed to be delivered a day ago, and calling customer service doesn’t help. There is not a single human to attend the call, and the automated service gave an address to pickup my package. I drove 30 mins to pick up from the mail service location only to find out that they haven’t received the DHL package and they don’t know when it will come. I paid 60 dollars for this delivery and drove an hour to get nothing. Why does this company still exist if they can’t improve.

Ok so this location Supervisor SUCKS!Certain workers don’t want to do their job, for some reason my packages from the same shipper keeps Getting sent to this location and in the system it shows as if i will be picking up at this location. Which I can NOT! It’s a 13 hour drive. Come on who would even consider putting to pick up at the location? If I live that far.I call to get me package sent to my delivery address that’s even on their system!They escalate my case to a Supervisor! Supervisors calls me back. Mind you hedon’t want to do his job!!!He states he can’t help me that I have to go down from New Jersey to Jacksonville fl to pick up a package!!I tell him this is absurd. Their has to be a way because this has happened before and what they do is put it in notes to change the address.He refused to help me. I hang up and decided to call again to get transferred to a Spanish representative, I get passed on to Carlos who is just a representative. Who ACTUALY HELPED out more that the locations supervisor!! He put it in notes for it to shipped outTo my delivery address and in less than 40 min shipping address was changed! Wow how hard was that? I don’t understand why some people even are given positions like supervisor if they aren’t even going to put in the effort at the job.

customer service was horrible and you dont get to talk to the actual people in the store i was given the run around multiple times over my package and the person they have delivering is horrible the person will never come and say they attempted to deliver you mind you they had all day and waited till 8 to “deliver” it
