  Posted an OVERNIGHTED letter on the 23rd September. It is in Jacksonville on hold after going to NY, Cincinnati, Atlanta and then Jacksonville. A totally useless, uncaring, pathetic firm with employees that don't give a damn. Eight days for a small letter, I would have stood a better chance with a carrier pigeon.

  I don’t see how this company is still in business . The drivers steal. They stole my package it say delivered but I never got it . This is not the first time . I’m going to call the media because this is a crime

  What a joke, my package has been on hold for a week now and it still hasn’t arrived yet.
