First and foremost, let me say that we love the work that Dexter's Flooring did for us. Mike and his installation team were amazing. Our wood floors look great! Our shower looks great!
So, our journey started in February. We discovered some soft spots in our 1917 home with the original wood floors. When we met with Jeannie, and after some others, we absolutely knew this was who we wanted to work with. We decided to have the livingroom floors and our shower tiles replaced.
Due to some health issues it did take a couple of weeks for us to get the estimate, but it was worth the wait. And price wise, it was right where we were hoping.
So, we ordered our floors and trim pieces ourselves. Jeannie thought she had secured some tile for our shower (almost what we had envisioned) and away we went.
The flooring install was great. Mike and his team took up the old flooring, checked to ensure we didn't have further damage in the unseen joist, and added 2 layers of subfloor to ensure it should last another 100 years. He and his team got the job done within a few days, although we had planned for two weeks.
At the same time, they were demo-ing the shower, installing the new tile and trim. Since we were nit experienced with buying tile and trim, we got 2 different heights but Mike and the team really made it work and look great! They even installed a new bath caddy with shelves and towel rack.
We love the work they have done and will return next time we need some tile or wood flooring work.

I had a hole in my floor due to a rotted board and poor maintenance of the previous owner. Not only did Dexter's cut out the old area and lay new wood down but they reinforced and leveled the area! They got the job done quickly, efficiently, and professionally! I have them coming out for a few more projects!

This company right here is one I will always call when it comes to anything floors ...we had a a major flood at our house iam talking everything damaged...I was refered to Dexter's amidst my crisis ..so confused and all over the place ...these people listened assessed and executed .from helping choose the right colour carpet to the corresponding floor design ..it's like day and night when I look at the work they've done ...from the amazing staff in the office ...to the hardworking easy going experienced floor contractors that are so mannerly and easy to work with .....never missing a beat ...keeping me informed step by step ...I just want to say thank you ....new carpet, new floors every one loves the new floors they can't stop telling me how beautiful they look ...thank you guys for all the amazing work...any floor job Iam doing I know who I'll be calling ...so should you Dexter's contracting I recommend them for any floor job give them a call today and see why iam so happy and excited and giving them a 5 star all for a price that well suits the budget ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I would use Dexters again. The floor repair was professional and as fast as it could be. The floor was glued down so not a quick fix. Still great company to have work in your home.

Found Dexters through Angi, so glad we did. They did such an amazing job for our shower remodeling!!! Their estimated price was accurate and reasonable. They completed it timely with 100% professionalism. We are so impressed with their team/work, plan to hire Dexters again in the near future.

Dexter’s floors was quick, responsive and very professional from start to finish. The crew came in and assessed the job, turned around an estimate (very competitive fair pricing) and then presented estimate for service and then scheduled job within a day. We had several company from thumbtack to give us estimates for renovations be done to our rental. We chose Dexture’s and we are glad we did! They worked with our budget and the installer, Mike was a pleasure to work with! He did excellent work and gave us recommendations to make our job much easier.However, we did notice some of the windows were not completely painted and the transition to the front door was not to our satisfaction. Will contact Dexter’s in the near future regarding these issues. Will keep you updated! Overall, I do recommend this company!
