Still waiting for them to send someone to paint my cabinets since October 2022 after they turned yellow after 1 year. Been trying non stop to get in contact with Jaqueline, left her almost every day voice messages and she never returned my call.

Owner mistreats her employees and withholds money owed to them. Not a very good way to run a business. What a shame.

They should hire people who have knowledge of laying tiles.In less than a year in my house and there broken Crack and crooked tiles in my entire house.The person who does the tile work must have worn a blind fold. That is the only reason a person could have to transition tiles the way they did.Design centre should change your name to destroy centre. That would fall in line with the kind work you all do..Thank you

This company is horrible. They did our master bathroom shower tiles. They made edge tiles crooked and we asked to fix it. It is taking almost two months and still not fixed yet. We don’t recommend this company at all. If you want to lose your money and waste of your time, then this company will be the one. They are so unprofessional/irresponsible.

They replaced the tile in my master bathroom and did a very poor job. The tiles they replaced are crooked and protrudes from the wall. The worst part is they have done nothing to even try to repair the issue.

If I could, I would rate this -5. Why is it that it takes 5+ appointments to get simple items fix in our kitchen area. It is ridiculous the way this company operates and I highly do NOT recommend this business. This company will give you stress plus loss of income. They seem to enjoy wasting home owners time and money.
