A one woman operation. The young lady named Lexi who assisted me was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. Located a textbook for me that was at an out of city location. Emailed me when it came in. Fantastic service. Thank you Lexi!!!!!!!

I was in the vicinity for a 4H event, and the security alarm at the bookstore was going off the whole time. The single loudest bookstore I've ever been adjacent to. I can't recommend it enough to people who love really loud stuff.

Couldn’t get anyone on the phone. Called Fscj help desk and was told they close at 5. Online says the same thing. I got there at 3:36pm and they are closed.The door stated they close at 3pm Monday- Thursday and closed everyday after.Very inconsistent and inconvenient!!

Hours say open until 3. Nothing about closing for a lunch break. Drove all the way here it’s not open sign on the door saying it’s closed for lunch. Really inconvenient.

They were the only campus that had a cap and gown for my height. Otherwise, I would have been really sad come graduation day. Thanks Deerwood Campus Bookstore!

Everyone is always pleasant and helpful The lines are always short some of the staff is not as knowledgeable about questions but they can always find someone to help
