The office ladies are very helpful but the accounting office was awful. They kept getting payments mixed up on our 2 cars, then cancelling my policy. Charged me rental home insurance for 3 years after we bought the house and I know my husband cancelled it. Only got 30 days refund. Constant inconsistencies with bills.
