My friend and I got GREAT service from Tommy, who was extremely, knowledgeable and patient. The installation team, headed up by Mark was above and beyond AWESOME. Mark is a wonderful person to work with and made sure I loved everything, which I did. Go to Dalton and ask for installation to be done by Mark If you have to wait for him you will be glad you did! I sure was. Mike Rukab runs an A1 business. Thank you to everyone.

Dalton Carpet is okay as long as everything goes well. If you have issues, they do not respond. Tried calling and texting, with no results. There are plenty of other flooring retailers, in the Jacksonville area. Choose one of them!

Just had hardwood floors installed in our home and carpet in our bedrooms. I must say this has been the best experience we have had with a vendor. The pricing was very reasonable and the service and installation was exceptional. Rick (hardwood floors) and Mark (carpet) were extremely professional and efficient. We could not be more pleased. If you are looking for new flooring, this is the place to go.

While shopping at the local Big Box Store my wife and I encountered a Dalton rep. He invited us to the showroom to explore the variety of flooring they offered. We decided to visit after several attempts to make an ell thrause our call was not returned.. U entering we saw someyone at the desk and he was inattenve at best and referred to another rep. We were told we had to select the Shaw flooring and began to do so. Keenly aware of our budget we chose moderately. After finalizing our selection we scheduled a measurement for 750 sq ft. He came out walked through and measured taking approximately 40 mins and stated he would get the quote to us in a few days. Two weeks and several attempts to make contact past with no word. Finally my wife was able to reach him and he stated materials would be $8500.00 and labor $3550.00. We asked him to put it writing and send it to see why it was that much. The written quote was vague lacking details to explain the cost. I asked for a detailed quote (price per sq ft & line itemsi was told it was impossible for them to provide those details. After speaking with management they reinforced that was how they conduct business and invited me go elsewhere. I find it difficult to believe that you can do good business without providing a detailed quote outlining what that inflated quote provided. This is contrary to their buyline "Your Taste, Your Budget, Your Lifestyle. This was completely take it or leave it. I have since received several legitimate quotes for half the price. Each of them professional in their approach and welcomed the opportunity to do business.

Call Dave at Dalton, he is the most knowledgeable guy with years of experience. He will get you the best price and he has the most experience installers. I run a property management company and we have been using these guys for over 10 years! Call them.
