I found the Volvo online we wanted to test drive. Showed up and test drove a few cars. Drove home the Volvo we came in to test drive. Amazingly it only took 1hr for both test drives and the paperwork. Honest and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

They sold me a vehicle stating they just changed the oil when, well they didn't. Reached out to them about getting a oil change on them and they never responded once they got thier money. The vehicle they sold me has had nothing but issues. Highly recommend not going to them.

We bought a 2011 Honda CRV one year ago. Unfortunately, our Honda had several issues that became a money dump. Over the last year we slowly had to replace/repair components of the car. What was the last straw was we needed to replace the compressor which would have cost us $1700 (we had already put in $2500 in other repairs). We paid $10,500 for this vehicle. They bought it at auction for $8800.
We tried to do a trade in at a few local dealerships and the highest offer we got was $3000. The private sale value on KBB was around $4-6K. The KBB value at the time of purchase was $6-8K.
The value of this vehicle dropped considerably. We did take the car into a mechanic and they checked it out as ok. Unfortunately, it was a HUGE, poor decision on our part, and it's really unfortunate they had a vehicle like this on their lot (sold 'As Is') which was listed higher!! than what we ended up paying for it.
We found small issues with the car after buying it as well. The car's carfax didn't list any accidents but there was definitely a bumper replacement (we had a mechanic friend check it out as well and without us saying anything he pointed out the bumper).
What I would recommend in hindsight is take it to a mechanic you know and trust, take a mechanic friend with you to check out the car, and take your time buying one if you can. We were pressed with time to buy one and it would have been better to rent a car and take our time rather than buying this vehicle at Dallva.
We did like the team we worked with but at the end of the day they are a business and we sorely lost big time with this vehicle. I wouldn't say don't work with them as people have had really good experiences as you have read from the reviews. Just don't rush into it and really nitpick every.single.thing. Good luck!

Went to a few used car dealers and this one beats them all. Super nice and didn’t feel rush or pressured and then having 2 tech bays gave me a lot of comfort knowing then work on the cars in their lot. Definitely check these guys out don’t think you’ll be disappointed
