Went over tonight and a young lady with no customer service and a vile attitude said she not working alone and said the doors will remain closed cause she not doing that and her manager told her she ain’t gotta work she then continue to video chat on her device and if this is the daily’s way then I am completely shocked that you all as a company allow these actions attitude and also I hope you change your hours to reflect you all are close being a rewards member I got off to patron you all but ended up having a pleasant experience with Wawas across the street

This place is always closed for some reason or another. But rather than posting a sign to inform customers, you may have to call to actually verify they are closed. What's worse, I literally sat in the parking lot on Friday for about 3 hours, and saw an employee walk outside to refill "their" Daily's cup with various alcoholic beverages about four times lol. To the point they were probably so tipsy they could barely bend or walk straight lol. Please save your time and go to Wawa because you never know what you're going to get coming here.

This place is closed by 11pm workers are literally standing still doing nothing just hanging out while being paid and at this point shouldn’t be open at all after 11pm if you all need to hire an overnight crew get to it from the two older women who come dressed in street clothes to the young man in his hoodie it’s a disgrace and you missing valuable customers pleas avoid this place after 11pm until they get workers who know what working means

The employees are fairly nice. New employees every week it seems like. The bathrooms never seemed to be open. I asked the employee and she didn’t really have a answer for me.

This gas station is clean every time Mrs.Anna is here. It smells great, and she is so happy and chipper I love it! Thanks Daily’s for hiring such a wonderful employee ❤️

The manager on duty or the cashier on duty was an older white man (sorry for the description but hoping it helps anyone in the future avoid confrontation) with black hair and a small beard had THE NASTIEST ATTITUDE BECAUSE he had to come out the back and ring me up while the other cashier was on break. He was waiting on me and apparently making my coffee was taking too long so he moved down a register away from where he originally was with all my items then said "move down here" very aggressively. I moved my stuff while explaining that's not how you talk to people he then said "I don't even have to ring you up so that's enough". After I remained quiet and got my items I proceeded to tell him that negative energy will keep him in a negative place and that he should be a better example as a man and talk to women with respect. He also refused to give me his name when I asked and said I was calling corporate. Horrible customer service I won't ever go to a Daily's again. 230am shift Tuesday morning December 12th.

Unfriendly management that is teaching staff to act the same way. I avoid this location if at all possible but sometimes I end up there and I always regret it

I stopped in dailys Thursday at 7:15 I was not greeted I was the only customer I looked to see anyone was working well there was 2 young girls sitting down on there phone I count see them I wanted coffee there was no fresh coffee the floors were dirty no French vanilla creamer I told the cashier she seemed not to care

Was told the “not your ordinary” club was worth the trip. The nice ladies behind the counter doubled down on the claim. Myiesha was the architect of the most amazing Club sandwich I’ve ever had. Highly recommend you try it! Additionally, I’m a always met with the nicest staff at this location.

Firstly, the place is dirty. Filthy. Secondly, if I want my receipt I have to see the cashier. For someone with a child in tow, that's difficult to take them out to come in and wait in line to get a receipt. I was astonished by the lack of care to the outside of the establishment. It was 10:30 am and every garbage can was overflowing with trash. The parking lot looked as if it had not been cleaned in a very long time. I would consider the fact that the business is short staffed as an excuse if it were not for the fact that the fat man behind the chair is getting high on the hog. I feel bad for the employees to be quite honest. This isn't their fault. Their regional management has failed them. Their upper management has failed them. When I see this type of grossness in an area with such a high volume of customers in an area that gets travellers from all over the world, there should be management there 24/7 to pick up when the staff cannot. This is unacceptable. Also, the other hard pill to swallow is that it's a Daily's. I always thought they were the upper echelon of gas stations. I stand corrected.

Drove across town to go to Shell gas station to use my fuel rewards. Did not work at the pump and had to go inside. The clerk told me that I could put it in and they could redeem my Fuel Rewards inside and after filling my whole tank I only discovered that they did not. I had to go back into the gas station to re-explain what happened only to be told you can come back at 6 AM and speak to the supervisor if you want to. Took no responsibility and had no understanding or resolution. Was just expected to leave despite the situation. Very poor and unprofessional customer service. Will not be returning

Daily's is the single most overrated over priced gas station on the planet!!! Having shell station/Daily's fuel rewards is a necessity simply to ensure the gas prices are comparable to all other gas stations in the area! However I work directly behind this particular location so I'm kinda stuck with no other options unless I want to spend 20+ minutes at 13 different traffic lights just to get .2 miles away to the Wawa (which i LOVE) and that simply isn't always feasible. The people that work here are pretty cool tho so that helps. It also helps that they hate Daily's as much as I do!

Pulled up to pump gas and the pump started leaking fuel from a fitting into my legs. After entering the store to tell the attendant to shut the pump off, she said "oh yeah, I gotta fix that". And proceeded to continue helping a customer purchase food. After returning to my car the same employee rudely told me "yeah you will" after expressing our desire to go somewhere else for our purchase. She knew there was a pump leak and decided it was more important to man the register than to fix an immediate safety concern. Would never purchase from this business again.
