Tried to Go in dailys to get a beverage and was told by the crazy attendant locking and unlocking the door at store 532 that they don't have any and to go away but obviously I could see them and other customers inside? What gives dailys?

If it would let me give 0 stars I would. Being in Florida for the first time from out of state you never know what to expect going into a gas station. Starting with the broken toilet seat and Gross bathroom facilities. To a woman who apparently is a manager deciding to fidget with a stapler rather than help a customer. She then finally decided to serve me in which I pay for an energy drink and gas. I go out to pump and it's not working. Then I go back in and let her know in which she asks which pump as though I wasn't litteraly just in there. Then she tells me it's ready to go in which I go and pump. Only for it to put in a fraction of what I paid for. Then I go in again to inform them somethings not working in which she was so confused and struggling to figure out what she did. Then she tells me I need to pay $10 on another person's pump in which I still hadn't received the amount I paid for so why would I know pay to pump someone else's gas. I went out to check my receipt and bank statements with my phone. Sitting for about 5 minutes the woman comes out and says in a rude tone are you pumping gas? If not move as you're taking up space for my customers. Mean while I was a vary customer trying to be helped and even sat to wait rather than leave to ensure I got what I paid for and the store got their money accordingly. When she told me to move I even pointed out how there was multiple pumps still open in which I'm not holding up anything at all and I'm actualy just trying to ensure a gas station didn't just over charge me for nothing. So wild to see people in the world seemingly this dissatisfied with their jobs to treat a customer in this way. Then she walked around to get my plates. Please do and let management know this guy sat and waited to make sure things where paid for rather than just leave with any unpaid balance. I hope this woman's day gets better that way none of her other customers have to be at the receiving end of it. Aside this Gas station visit Jacksonville has been an incredible time <3

I just order two sandwiches 20$ I asked the young man before picking the order up was my meat hot as I’m hot or cold he said yea it was hot I got home 9 minutes later and it was very cold the bacon didn’t even taste cold

If i could taste a negative 5 stars, i would. I won't be coming back here again. The worse mistake i made was stopping here to begin with. The cashiers were so rude, just walking around the counter leaving ppl standing there waiting while they're showing pictures from their phones to other ppl, had homeless ppl around the coffee pots & fountain machines making messes, drinking out of multiple cups. Which were left all over the counter tops after they walked away. Just nasty environment. If NEVER drink coffee or anything from their fountain machines, EVER. Too bad corporate office let's things like this happen. Sad.

Horrible display of customer service. Daily's obviously focuses their training for their employees at select locations and this location is not one of them . If you're lucky enough to get a cashier that's not on their cell phone while checking you out you have succeeded in a convenient stop. They have no idea of what products they are selling to their customers, when you ask for something and their ignorance shines they get rude and portray the customer as not knowing what they want.Look into who was working the cash register on the evening of May7th at this location DAILY'S! Having to explain to them numerous times on what product youre wanting to purchase they turn extremely rude.The parking lot is always covered in trash, the gas pumps continue to have bags over the handles and out of service. As a consumer and a business owner I will encourage everyone I know to avoid this location at all cost.Train your employees and explain the importance of customer service. Despicable.

Employees are always nice! Some of the items that are on sale you can't always get because one of the Daily's points scanners doesn't work. It hasn't worked for months.

I stopped here every day for 4 years. The convenience store is hard to check out from as the cashiers repeatedly allow people to cut the line. Your choice as a customer waiting in line is to make a scene or wait 20 minutes to pay for a bottled water. I love Daily's, but I refuse to stop at this location.

This particular shell is just off of Interstate 10 and offers a significantly better price point than the other gas station across the street about $0.10 cheaper. The woman behind the counter was extremely friendly, personable and professional. The gas station was relatively clean and the inside had the usual convenience store items. I would definitely recommend this Shell gas station. As an added plus, I am a member of shell rewards, so that is $0.05 a gallon cheaper. After a year, that really adds up. Again, I would recommend this gas station.

The employees here day noon and night are great They are always nice and help where ever they can. They deal with so many crazy folk that come in there and do a great job of doing it . I am always there because of the service I get and will continue no matter what other people say.

Buyers please be aware to check expiration date. My husband just bought me a drink and like the usual I opened it and took a sip it was disgusting. It tasted clearly expired, so I checked the expiration date it was December 12,2016. I just so happen to be pregnant and somehow having a stomachache after taking a sip of Jimmy Buffett tea that had mold in it. thinking it was something in the tea that was normal turns out to be mold. What if someone were to get sick just because people can't do their job and remove product that is expired. Well...if I get sick or my unborn child gets ill you will be getting sued. I posted the picture with the receipt to show proof.

I came into store looking for a bag of lays bbq chips they didn't have it so I bought a pack of plan chips 1.69 . And a pack of crackers and a 20 oz bottle of water. The guy at the register total every thing up it came to almost 7 dollars . Well I asked for a receipt the water rung up 3.99 .lolol I had to get 3 dollars back .But what's funny the man didn't even realize the amount didn't even looked right . They gave me my money back and the girl at the register forgot to give me my water. I swear I guess these companies got to have bodies working in these places because i don't think they knew what they were doing. I told my husband I will never come back here.
