I'm going so low only bc of the car wash and the night shift crew. Day shift is awesome and I don't like to leave negative reviews but when I pulled in to this gas station that is in my neighborhood I frequent this location several times a week sometimes. I've used the drive through car wash before months ago and it was a disaster but I've never used the free vacuums and I am returning my mothers car bc mine is in the shop and I wanted to be nice and just run it thru a drive in really quick and vacuum the mats. When I pulled in around 1 am on a Monday night, my shift ran late I can't help that I need to do this so late I won't have time in the morning. But there was a man trying to hide behind the trash cans he was trying to make his body as skinny as possible so that I wouldn't see him and naturally I immediately have red flags going up. So I decide to get gas first and ask the attendant inside. The young girl looked at me and said "so Whatchu want me to do about it" w so much attitude I was taken back bc she's a female working a late shift I was surprised she didn't offer to have her manager take a look or walk over to check his property or make a customer feel like they care a little bit. So I asked if the drive thru car wash was working and he said "I doubt it I wouldn't trust it I think they're about to replace the entire thing". I usually wait until I'm not miffed anymore to leave a review but then I go to vacuum, looking over my shoulder constantly, and none of them work! One hose worked for two minutes then I couldn't get any of them to work. Of hey do I don't see any signs w directions on how to use them. So that's frustrating and the employees made me feel like an idiot for asking questions concerning my safety and if one of their main advertised services was in working order. Why the attitude and no effort to be cool about the situation. Long story short don't go for the vacuums or the drive thru car wash

This place has FREE car vacuums and many stations to pick from. Powerful vacuums and clean area with trash cans. Use as long as you want to.

I went to this location this morning to wash my car but I had to go inside to purchase a car wash ticket. The old white lady at the counter ringing me up lacks customer service and talking skills and her body language told me she just didn’t want to be at work. I was talking to her and she wasn’t responding to me and I feel as though she don’t need to be working at a place where she has to communicate with people .. she needs to stay at home !!!

Should have kept employees Bobbie Steppert but because they are friends with sloppy old employees they don't give people a chance remember employees don't say anything if you see something wrong owner and and management with ignore what's really going on and run u out. Without saying anything. U just will not be on a schedule but the rude employees will all related or friends not about how good you are. Who u know. Sad.

I came in yesterday to order 2 bacon egg cheese piles and older white lady was so rude did not greet and was mumbling obscenities. While she was waiting on me I saw the other lady giving great customer service. This older white lady needs anger management I can't believe she would work customer service at this dailys worst experience ever. I will never go back if I see her there.

Gas pumps don’t work for cash had to get a refund and go across the street to gate to fill up. Very inconvenient.

The gentleman working was more concerned about hitting on the two women that were hanging around the gas station then you’re paying customers he was busy trying to rush us out. Unprofessional I work in the area and I will go on to JTB next time to get gas.

terrible attention the boy named brian I do not remember his name well. I was very spoiled, I threw my tickets and spoke in front of me that the client was stupid, without forgetting that he said I'm sorry, it's not with you that I'm upset, it's with the other people, it's terrible that you have such spoiled people there, terrible attention, I will never go again, he attended me at 1:35 on July 24
