The entire staff is so welcoming and engaging. This was absolutely the customer service I have ever experienced. Dynesha was so friendly, Tee was so friendly as well. It’s just so nice to actually feel welcomed in a restaurant like this. I just had to tell the manager Joanna who was very nice as well.

Bidenomics caused them to use cheap paper cups for hot boiled peanuts instead of ones that would keep your hand from getting burned. If you use two thin paper cups when you see the "caution this is hot" warning, they tell you they want 54 cents for the extra cup. Good thing there are tons of places to buy peanuts around here, you dont need to be extorted.

Cash wash frequently doesn’t work and no signs are posted to inform the line of cars it doesn’t work. Employees inside show the customers their frustrations.

I've never had an entire staff, including manager, be so ignorant to how your store & its app work. I tried using the "pay inside" option on the app (as I've done before) to use the (buy 3 redbulls for 10 cent off per gal of gas) offer. When it didn't work, the cashier acted like she's never seen the app before & called another worker. 2nd worker was just flat out rude & said its for a different store, never for their store, which was false & doesn't even make logical sense. She called the manager, a hefty guy, who also had no clue, then said, "i don't know why they have this app. It has nothing to do with them inside the store. When i asked "then why have i used it before inside to pay for my stuff, atleast twice a week by using the PAY INSIDE option or why does it say i need to make a in-store purchase INSIDE in order to get the gas discount? " He just stared at me like i spoke german & says "well your gonna have to just pay with your card, the qr code isn't for any of our stores" & walked away from me. Thats 100% false. I know one gas station im NEVER going back to anymore. So I'm just going to uninstall the app altogether. It's not worth the headache. If your own enployees don't know how to use the app specifically made for customers to pay for purchases both inside & at the pump, especially when they don't even listen to me when i try to tell them how it works. They're clearly not educated on your company, your app & how to properly help customers. Zero customer service/unprofessional. Smh ridiculous. You need to most definitely train your employees & managers running this store. God only knows how many customers have walked out (& how much business) you guys are actually losing. Craziest part is i come in atleast 2 times a week to fill up my suv for work. My husband comes here for coffee every morning before work. We literally bypass 4 gas stations to go to this one. After this, sadly, not anymore.

My husband and I LOVE banana icees/slushees!! We even hop the bridge to come to the st.johns Ave and Roosevelt Blvd location to get the banana. Unfortunately, the banana icees flavor at this location has been inoperable for at least 2 weeks now. Please fix it!! We love the employees at this location!! We love this area of town!! And we love banana icees....so we're hoping that it will be fixed...SOON!! ?? THANK YOU and have a beauty filled week!!

Everytime I come in here for my lunch, the cashiers are always so sweet. They make me feel welcome. I own a business right down the road and it makes me want to come in here each day for lunch. Thank you for a good staff you have!

I'm so done with this place! Never again! Every time I've gone into this place the employees are always rude I'm over it....this time it was an older lady I believe of Indian decent I asked to please have 30 Powerball tickets she then says you know they are 2 dollars each I said yes I know talked to me like I was an idiot then proceeds to hand me 15 tickets I said I asked for 30 she then says we do it by amount here that's how we do it well that would have been helpful to know when I first walked up anyway I clearly said 30 tickets all she said was you know they are 2 each and now because of her mistake I'm out one of the promotional free tickets unless she never gave it to me should have had 6 only received 5 this is for a work pool but I'm not going back in ever again terrible terrible service so many times over the years!!!...just rotten!?

Hey, I just experience a very good morning at the daily’s dash on Roosevelt from the cashier to the restaurant. I want to give a shout out to them. I don’t do social media but I just want you guys to know that I experienced the tastiest and freshest honey chicken biscuit everyone was so helpful. The experience was the best and so was the sandwich. Oh my goodness they gave me fresh onionsthat is raw which I like with my sandwiches and I eat mostly chicken. Dailys Dash was great. Food and service was awesome. The other side, not so good. No customer service. They carried on a conversation and the only thing she said to me was the price. Not even eye contact. Guess next solution is self check out. Sad

To go in and buy what you needs, ive never had a problem. EVERY time I go to the deli they take way too long to mess up your order anyways. I waited 15 minute for a sandwich that had 3 ingredients....3! And then served cold fries. What is this, the next mcdonalds? If you are that slow go work at a library! People have things to do. Especially when all you do is take forever to screw it up. I understand cook to order. But it doesnt take 15 minutes to put 3 things between a slice of bread when nobody is in front of me and all the girl wants to do is stare at you with an ugly face.

For lunch today I ordered a build your own turkey sandwich. When I opened it, there was no turkey. How do you forget the main ingredient?! Was more mad that I didn't have the time to turn around so they could fix it.I have ordered there several times and this isn't the norm, but they seemed totally disorganized today for some reason.

Bathroom was out of soap, trash was full.
