Car came with a bit of paint in less-than-ideal condition (understandable given the location is in Florida) and some dings in the door sill. The part of the experience that really went south was obtaining the agreed upon warranty for my car, this required weeks of back and forth, getting ignored by my salesman and ultimately purchasing a different warranty than what was included in my purchase agreement, since the original one was no longer offered... oddly convenient. Wouldn't recommend this shop for purchasing a car

Deni was courteous, responsive to questions, and easy to work with. I made this purchase while on a cruise (in the middle of the ocean and overall this went pretty smoothly. There were a couple of hiccups ( shipping had to be re-planned after the initial shipper backed out and a refund of a few hundred dollars for reduced shipping was delayed because of a problem with DaVinci's accounting department). Overall Deni continued to work with me thru these issues and they were eventually resolved.

My first interaction with this seller was far from professional. I had to follow up multiple times before getting a response, which only came after I called them three times over the course of three days. They didn’t even acknowledge my emails. The seller went quiet after I asked for the car’s title, as if they were reluctant to provide it.
Eventually, I was able to speak with a manager, Louis, and we arranged a video call with the seller. During the call, the seller showed me the car and sent me the title as I requested.
However, after waiting two days for a photo of a specific area of the car (which included important details like fuel consumption and other factory specs), I still received no response, and there was no follow-up via SMS or email.
Update (one week later):
After several days of waiting, I finally received the requested pictures. The last document I need is the car’s registration, but it’s only the first part of the registration—something simple for anyone living in the same state as the DMV. The DMV is located in the same state, and they surely have all the necessary documents. For the seller, it would be easy to get them by simply making a phone call, sending an email, or even going in person if needed. This is a basic step for anyone wanting to close a deal.
On top of that, I’ve already spent 120 euros trying to get this deal done—calling the Mercedes-Benz dealer and others to get the necessary information. The seller claims they called the dealer but got no response. This is their level of effort for what should be a straightforward deal.
PS. Stopped replying does not want to work probably or I don't even know/care.
I would not recommend this seller, d*mir, or their dealership in general. This was for a $70,000 car.-

Everything went smooth with rudolf on the purchases of a Maserati Grandsport recently. I had a good experience with Rudolf, he Kept in touched with me before and after the buy. He'd updated me with everything I've asked. Very professional, polite and very understanding. Nothing But Great things to say about my experience with Deni and Da Vinci auto sales. I was an out of state buyer and the staff made the process very smooth and easy for me. I did eventually decide to make the trip to Florida to look at the Audi A8 in person before putting any deposit on the car and after sitting down with Deni I had no reservations about buying a car from him after a little back and forth with negotiations we both decided on a deal that was good for both parties. My title came Fed-Ex about 2 weeks after purchase as well. I highly recommend Da Vinci if you’re in the market for a luxury used car. Smooth delivery and sales process.

Worst experience ever buy a car they made it seem so nice then they began to act shady after i was there vehicle was not in the condition they described and it was in and unpaved parking lot sitting in the sun all day no care whatsoever for the vehicles and they just tried to send me shady paperwork to sign giving up all warranty and rights in order for them to repair any of the defects they hid.
