Great service. My home sensor detected a gas leak so I called them ( the receptionist was super friendly). They took this super serious and urgent. The owner Lewis came after hours and didn't leave until he was 100% sure that everything was safe. I also used them for my house gas supply and have always been very professional.I would recommend this company to anyone.

I use them for my whole house generator and pool heater systems. When I had the initial installation for my generator, I asked the generator folks "what are the best propane companies they knew of." I have neighbors that have propane appliances and have seen propane companies in the neighborhood. After checking with my neighbors and the generator installation company, I decided to go with D&D. I had one thought on the type of tanks I wanted, but after discussions with the D&D folks, I went with their recommendation and have not been sorry. A few years after the generator installation, I installed a pool and had D&D provide a hook up to the tanks for the pool heater. Because of the pool install I had to have them disconnect and reconnect to propane supply lines. Their installation & maintenance team is very competent, and the office has been very pleasant to work with by answering all my questions. I have been with D&D for over 5 years and have not had any issues. I totally recommend them and would give them 4.5 stars. - Gene W; San Pablo North

Something seems to have gone wrong at D&D, always easy to deal with, prompt, friendly service. But now I get a notice that I have a balance on my account, after having gotten an email thanking me for payment. So I call them at their listed number, get a message that "we can't answer, we're busy, hang up and call later". Never an answer after multiple tries. This is suddenly one screwed up company. Too bad.

D&D takes care of my in ground tank and replaces the tanks for my fireplace. With the cold weather recently we used up a tank and the new tank did not seem to feed properly. Their tech Jose just delivered a new tank and adjusted the fireplace so that it works great. He was very pleasant and professional as are the office staff. Highly recommend!

Very reasonable prices for residential service. They installed service to our stove and grill and set us up with two tanks. One runs out, and after a phone call they quickly come out to swap out the empty tank so we always have propane.

I have had several gas line modifications done and also do recurring tank fills. I have always had the best of customer service!! Any questions or follow up needed we’re always timely and professional. Jessy and the President will keep me coming back! This includes the management team and workers on site. I highly recommend this company to anyone!

Horrible experience. I have been exchanging and having cylinders refilled since I was a kid. I have never had and issue. At first the help was very rude and when they started to be more cordial it was like they did not want to do business with us. Cash or otherwise. They had about 5 different reasons to not take our exchange.Would not recommend to anyone. Ever!!!

Customer service is the absolute worst. We had to call the office several times to follow up as they don’t keep us informed on anything. The contractors that came out were professional but having to deal with calling the office was dreadful. We were referred by a friend and they had warned us in advance about the service but we didn’t think it was that bad.
