So, I bought used R6 and wanted to get serviced before I ride it just to be safe and I went there. They said that they checked everything and everything was good but this the color of my brake fluid (brake fluid should be as clear as vegetable oil). I wish it stopped right there but my front tire psi was around 14 (supposed to be 36) and the back tire was at 20 (supposed to be at 42) and trust me they don’t have any holes in there, they are brand new Michelins. That thing right here could kill me but I guess they don’t care. My fairings were kinda falling of so I asked him if he could do anything and he just drilled it down like it’s a wall, lol. Do not get me wrong the guy at the front was very nice but you don’t go to mechanic because of that. I am curious if they ever changed my oil too so I have to spend extra money on my oil and all other fluid plus the money that I gave it to them. It’s all wasted.

My husband went there two months ago and told them to fix whatever was wrong and they said they would. Well he's had the motorcycle there four times since then. They charged him $1400.00 the first time.This last time my husband was charged yet again...$202.00.The mechanic that worked on it doesn't know what he's doing and he needs to be fired. So if you're in the Beach boulevard area do not go to this place if you're looking to get your motorcycle fixed right the first time....Cycle image is not a good place to go.Go somewhere else! Oh by way they never answer their phone! Well here's an update... motorcycle still isn't running right!

Don’t sign anything and don’t believe the 4 star rating. Verbally stated that my bike just needed a wiring harness that would be a “couple hundred bucks” that sounds good. Didn’t hear from them again and was almost ready to call the cops after calling several times a day for 4 days with no one answering or returning phone calls. Finally got someone today and all the sudden without calling or mentioning the need for any other work or cost that my bike is done but the thief wants $1,500. Go some where that they are honest and let you know about anything else being done so you can approve or deny it rather than just charge an arm and leg!Service: Engine repair

Chris was great to deal with, I have a 76 kz650 that had sat for a long time. He got it back road ready. It was a pleasure to work with him on bringing the bike back to life.

I called these guys to ask some questions as a DIY guy. They gladly tried to help me out on the phone with my clutch adjustment and questions about bleeding the brakes. Not to many shops will do that!! I'm going to need my carbs rebuilt and Im taking it there!!

I always take my bikes here. Chris is the master of the region. Have had several bikes dyno'd here as well as every time I buy a new bike I bring it in for inspection and service.

I can’t imagine going anywhere else to get my bike fixed. Chris is the best and very reasonable. Unlike some of these other bike repair places that charge you an arm and a leg to get something done. If you have any biking needs, cycle images is the place to go.Service: Brake service & repair
