Horrible customer service in the pharmacy. Horrible phone manners and no level of helpful customer service. Very disappointed time after time. Happily taking my business to Publix who is helpful and kind.

This CVS store was the only one within a 50 mile radius that had the product I wanted to purchase. Although I had never shopped there before, I navigated my distance of 25 miles from my home. Wow!! The drive was definitely worth it. My online order was at the front checkout counter just as the email instructions stated. More importantly, CVS Representative “NICOLE” was more than happy to assist me. She retrieved my purchase as we engaged in conversation.
After completing the order pickup transaction, “NICOLE” shared about the vast array of cosmetic products and welcomed me to look around. She was so right! I even located the product I purchased that was priced at 50% off. “NICOLE” verified the clearance price, conducted a refund transaction, and saved me money!! I bought two cosmetic products for the price of one!!
And that’s not all, “NICOLE” told me about the store’s Cosmetologist “PAT” who I later met. I plan to return to CVS and seek advice from “PAT” when time permits.
Thank you, “NICOLE” for a WONDERFUL CVS EXPERIENCE!! The 25 mile one-way drive was scenic, pleasant, and totally worth it!!

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The pharmacy staff do the bare minimum and are rude. They’re frequently out of medications. They aren’t truthful about whether they’ve received prescriptions from doctors. They don’t always answer the phone during business hours. I could keep going but I’ve wasted enough time with CVS as it is.

I ordered photos online which were taken by professional. Six 2*2 and I asks if they be nice enough to cut it but the manager just denied definitely because I guess they knew what they did so there was no way to cut them evenly! Seriously?! They messed up the measurements so badly was quite obvious that they zoomed it and shoulders were not even from corners.

The latest problem is we requested a medication refill for my daughter. Went to pick it up and they said they didn't have the medication. They said it would be in "tomorrow". The next day we went to pick it up and they said the medication refill was never requested. I asked is the medication there? The girl said yes.There is a mix up almost every time. The prompts on the voice message say they have noone with my bday.I have gotten a lot of meds from them. Their phone system is ridiculous. We keep giving them another chance. We are finished giving them our business.

Worst pharmacy I have ever used. Incompetent, impatient, consistently wrong, everyone running around with heads cut off. So poorly run.
