CVS has to be the worst of the worst when it comes to "service". The complete and utter incompetence of their pharmacy is baffling. I have never had a prescription ready on time. I have to call them about every single rx, yet they make it impossible to actually speak to anyone. This place is like visiting hell!

Not sure if anyone that matters actually sees these- but if you do, please give Jordan in the pharmacy a promotion or raise or something!! She has been the most helpful individual at this pharmacy each and every time I’ve needed to speak with someone. She’s patient and actually cares about what she’s telling me. It’s obvious how busy they are, and some of the other staff get a little rude and short- but Jordan has always been calm and helpful.

Quite possibly the worst pharmacy in all of Jacksonville. Never ready, always slow, never have inventory. It would more than likely be faster and more efficient to become a chemist and formulate your own medicine than to come here.

My shopping experience was only enhance by a phenomenal king and patient and helpful customer service representative helping me, Bermiese. The pharmacutical staff was also extremely kind, patient, and knowledgable!

I went in here for the first time and I was helped by a super sweet and very nice woman named Bernice she was amazing I would recommend this CVS strictly because she works there I’ll definitely be back she needs a raise and promotion wish more people were like her

My experience here has always been nice. The pharm tech who helped me, Jackie, was very professional and kind. This pharmacy gets pretty busy so I appreciate her ability to multitask and process my meds as fast as she could. 5 stars ?

They lock the bathroom doors. Had to request 3 times for someone to open them. When manager arrived he seemed very annoyed.

Tried giving this store another chance after several problems last year (unmixed meds, forgotten meds said they gave me then found in their pharmacy, rude service).Today I called 3 times because the meds we needed would not be ready for a few days due to stock issue. I was hung up on twice after waiting on hold for over 10 minutes. When I finally got through and said what happened she said "ya we got busy dealing with patients so had to". Not an apology but saying yes they hung up because they're busy. We will stick with the CVS in Target on San Jose.

Absolutely ridiculous that such a huge corporation never has certain medications in-stock. Not only do they not care that patients need these medications but they do Absolutely nothing about helping find a different pharmacy that does. All they do is make excuses and say it's "not they're responsibility". The worse of the stores is #1077. Maybe the higher-ups need to replace everyone working in the pharmacy with actual people that care about others well being and can actually do what they're supposed to do....HELP PATIENTS!!!
