These reviews highlight a generally positive experience at CVS, with many customers praising the friendly and professional staff. Pharmacists and employees are described as pleasant, helpful, and dedicated, often juggling multiple tasks such as filling prescriptions, answering phones, and assisting customers, all while maintaining a friendly attitude. Several customers appreciated the pharmacy staff's effort to provide good service despite being busy and overworked. Notably, a pharmacist provided a flu shot with professionalism and kindness, even while managing various responsibilities. Customers also expressed gratitude for staff members who went above and beyond, such as helping with medication costs and assisting during urgent situations, like a sick child. The store environment is seen as clean and welcoming. Some suggestions for improvement include expanding over-the-counter items and providing clearer online information about product coverage and pricing. Overall, the staff’s dedication to good customer service and their friendly demeanor create a positive shopping and pharmacy experience, making CVS a preferred choice for many.
Pharmacy is seriously understaffed and the staff that is here could care less. There shouldn't be just one person running 2-3 registers at a time. Probably burnt out and extremely underpaid, because you never see the same people twice.

Beyond extremely long wait times for oharmacy. Staff will having you waiting via drive thru or at counter 15 plus minutes with absolutely no one else in line. Unprofessional service skills. Four cars in drive thru and it took me over an hour to get to window for service. Unbelievable.
