I’ve been shopping here at this CVS for years, I always come in early before work and love that they are open 24 hrs which allows me to do that. Never had an issue until today.
Today something very concerning occurred while I was using my Debt card at one of the self checkouts. I followed all prompts on the screen to pay and normally you will here the 3 dings that let’s you know your receipt is printing. Well this morning after all prompts instead of doing that the card reader beeped and took me back to the main screen, as if I never paid. Right at that moment my phone gets a notification from the bank that my purchase was successful. I thought what the heck, I look back at the screen and it is basically acting like I never put my card in. I called for help immediately and a young girl comes up and I explain and you can tell she really probably has no idea to help but she is very sympathetic. She says she needs to get her manager. I thought oh good thank god a manager is here because this is weird and I know is going to need an experienced cashiers help. Unfortunately this manager which I found out later isn’t even a manager comes up and is acting very irritated that I’m having an issue. She basically acts like I’m a liar and because it is inconvenient for this to happen to her I’m basically out 15.00 dollars. She tells me to call my bank and dispute. That it’s really easy. I’m sorry it is not that easy. I told her call her manager or corporate or something because at this point I feel like she doesn’t care and wants me to just eat the charge and move on. She does zero investigation into what could have happened and does not take any information down of me or this weird transaction. I’m starting to get upset and it’s not fair to the young girl so I told her if I leave now and in 7 days this money has not dropped off or been refunded how do I prove I was here? That I didn’t walk out the store with the merchandise. She gives me a blank stare. She basically said there was nothing she could do and I left wondering if my card was just scammed by a card reader and if I will ever see that money again. What a nightmare. The pictures are of the transaction, you can see the money goes through and then the screen goes back to that main one like it never happened.

It says open online, but it is closed. I drove 17 minutes for nothing not including the drive back.

Went in for passport photos and was refused service because we had children. The woman said it wasn’t store policy but that she just “didn’t want to” She asked if our toddler would sit still for the photo which we said yes he would, and she still said no. Pointed at my baby and said “I’m definitely not doing his” The fedex across the street had much better service. I’m honestly baffled at how blatantly rude she was. The store was empty and she was just on her phone.

Employees are the worst! Rude, don’t greet you when you walk in, act like you’re stealing because you have a purse. Not once acknowledged the customers that walked in the store, but made a comment to an employee that a customer is “probably coming to steal” and didn’t bother acknowledging them at all, gave racist vibes because only acted that way towards all the black customers !!! Will never go back!!

I'm not sure if it's their policies or the employees, but getting prescriptions filled in a timely manner is an issue every month. I got transferred from another pharmacy because it was closing. Wish I had put in to go to Publix pharmacy instead.

Pharmacy review:This is the second month of me having to wait an additional 7 days from when the order was placed.If you need an expensive prescription that they don’t carry and they have to “order in” be prepared to wait a few days to a week for them to receive it, even though they processed the prescription and got paid by my insurance for the claim, they still had to order it from their central mail pharmacy because they don’t keep high value prescriptions at their pharmacy . My UC symptoms reverted back really bad and I had to run to the bathroom every 30 mins for the past 5 days because these incompetent people cannot kept very important medications stocked.Funny how when I call cvs corporate, then my prescription is magically ready for pick up the next morning, after waiting 6 1/2 days for it. I had to make 40 call between my insurance, THIS CVS, and the gastrology doctor, just to have 1 darn prescription filled. I have been going here for 2 years but after this month, I’m refilling my prescriptions elsewhere.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! Store manager Silvia aware (employee) Glen is drunk at work. Please be careful here. They also looks like they are deleting reviews. What a pathetic person who is hiding the reality of this store reputation. It's okay I'm a local guide will post everyday now. Unbelievable!

Worse cvs yet, cacausian women came out to harrass me while I was in my car waiting to pick someone up. Hadn't been in the spot for more than 45 seconds when she felt like it was her duty to direct traffic at 12:18 in the morning. I'm not sure what her name is but she needs to take a class on manners and etiquette

I went in there today hoping to use a coupon I found ON THEIR website and I asked two employees there if they would honor it. The man did not even listen to what I had to say and directed me to the lady. The lady made me feel so stupid and I explained to her I had an online account but no extra care card. She seemed pissed that I even asked her for help and became very rude and walked away while mumbling when I was simply just asking for help. She said she knew nothing about online stuff and could not help me. The man working did offfer to help me via the self check out but it didn't work. I simply got my hair dye and l left. WILL NOT be back here. The one lady should not work customer service if you don't like people. If you don't like your current job, get a different one!!! Simple as that.
