I have used this location for over 22 years and never have I had such a bad experience as my recent visit the guy was very unprofessional his name was Mike and he assisted me in the pharmacy he was not very attentive he did not offer any type of discount or ways to save on my prescriptions he didn't even offer that he had more than one prescription for that matter I will not use the store again I am not sure I will even use another CVS location for that matter the service was so bad I suggest you choose another location or store brand entirely for your medical needs!

Great service . I went into the store to find something for my mom. The manager assisted me. He also carried my items for me because I forget to grab a basket. And Joey the cashier is pretty cool as well a few weeks ago he helped with a problem I was having with my photos. I took his advice and they came out great.

This pharmacy the employees are very rude, I arrived at 9:40pm and the brunette lady with gray hair told me that she couldn't serve me whenever I go and she serves me she is very rude and not only with me I have seen how she treats other people badly

Been coming to this particular location for about 3 yrs now. I’ve had very bad experiences at this location but this is the closer to my home at the time. Staff did get better.. Today has been a very bad day for me I have been to 8 CvS today to avoid coming to this location. Every last one of them did not have my son prescription in stock. I literally begged this ppl if they could give me a location that has it in stock I was so upset I decided to call corp. bc it was to much driving around town being I just got off work. Corp gets in contact with the pharmacist a gets a promise time of 4pm. I arrived at this location at 4:40 pm just to be told I had to wait another 15-20 mins. I just gave you 40mins. This location is insane. Now I’m late picking my kids up from daycare. And everyone is looking at me silly bc I have an attitude. I really feel like this is being done intentionally.

Bad experience. Called between this store and Blanding about 5-6x today to get a prescription. Blanding said they saw it but said they had to request it. Called them and they couldn't find the prescription. And refused to request it. Told me that they had to send it bc they couldn't request it. This went on back and forth for about 2 hours. Exhausted! They said my script would be ready at 2:45. I arrive at 3:30. And it's not ready.

Very unprofessional and they give out the wrong information. Waited on my seizure medication for over a week and was then told to call my doctor.

Rx manager quin is awesome, friendly efficient and understanding,as well as the pharmacist Lynn / the Prego . She is knowledgeable.

Easily the worse cvs in Jacksonville. They never give you ur full quantities if you get a month supply of any sort of medication because they don't know simple math. They don't fill ur hospital prescription unless you call and ask them too even though the doctor has sent over the prescription. Drive thru is closed half the time cause their lazy.

If you can find another pharmacy, do so. The customer service in this place is laughable. Prescriptions not in their systems but have been sent multiple times on various occasions, conflicting information from different reps.

Writing this review bc of 1 person. Harlin at the counter. He was very nice and helpful and actually welcomed me when I entered the store - people at cvs usually don’t. Hire more people like him, not rude jerks.

The gal at the pharmacy counter was beyond rude! Cvs if you have cameras please look at it 1915 on Dec 9. No one should be treated the way I was. Go to another pharmacy and avoid frustration

I requested RX's transferred from another pharmacy, I requested the pharmacy through the automated system. I called this CVS I waited on hold for 23 minutes before I disconnected and called again waited on hold another 20 minutes with no answer so as mentioned while on hold, I decided to go to the app to do the transfer. I submitted the request 2 days ago and I checked the status it says still processing. So, I attempted to call again and spoke with pharmacy staff who said they hadn't gotten it yet did I call Walgreens I said no should I if they said to have your store contact them for the transfer. My point is I do not work for CVS or Walgreens its not my job to contact them. I am further delayed another 24 hours to wait on them to transfer the RX'S This will be the 2nd day without my meds I am totally out. Yall need to get it together.
