I went to pay for my items and a white lady ran out form the side room and stood right their and watch me as if I was going to steal something so I looked at her and ask why did you run out here like that I don’t steal she said her manager told her to do it so a white lady came to the register after me but she didn’t come out on her I stay just to see I will be reporting this higher up

They NEVER have any of the meds I need in stock. They won’t call to tell you they are out of stock, I wait days for them to fill the prescription and then call to check on my order only to find out they dont have it. A curtesy call would be nice.

Customer service sucks. One cashier. I waited over 10 minutes to get my pick up order. I wont be coming here again. Then cashier had to get a price gun. I just want my items that I paid for.

The sweetest/nicest receptionist. An informal pharmacist. Don't listen to the bad reviews here, If you are in Arlington make this your home place. They time and time again treat me like "Publix" home hospitality and genuine care. Without asking they help me find what I need, and told me the benefits of Extra Care Plus card which only makes sense. I feel like family when I come to this specific location.

The pharmacist Sam would not provide my husband with medicine he needed without first purchasing the medicine he felt like my husband needed . My husband explained to him numerous time he did not take that medicine, we also explained to him , since we switched medicine from Walgreens to CVS . He received all of his meds before the switch !!! I will never fill another prescription at this location again

The store itself is fine but the pharmacy is horrible. The wait times are absolutely horrendous (even when lines are short) and the hours are inconvenient. They close early and from 1:30-2 for lunch and 6 or 8pm depending on the day of the week.

Very hostile towards customers. They have their system. Bend over. I went through the drive thru, tech handed me 4 bags told her I had 5 prescriptions to pick up. The tech kept missing they had bagged two meds in one bag. A Pharmacist took over and enjoyed chewing me out for not knowing HOW THEY DO BUISNESS ! Now I do.

I would give Corbin at the front counter 10 stars if I could. He went above and beyond to help me. I live in an apartment complex and CVS is an access point for pick up. I thought it was convenient but when I went to pick up 2 packages from the same company delivered a day apart both tracked and signed by CVS personnel; I was told that all they could find is 1 package. The manager on duty grabbing tills, Hispanic/Latino older lady(did not ger her name) said you need to call UPS. It was not delivered. She said I don't know what you want me to do. It's not in our system. She walked off with the till in her hand. Corbin then goes close to the end of the counter and finds it. No apology from the manager, just said oh you found it. I said you guys need a better system. She retorts with attitude, we do have a good system. Corbin apologized and was amazing. Poor customer service from a nasty manager.

I normally don't write lengthy reviews. Ultimately, the customer service is (and has been) very poor. You will deal with long waits for phone, car line and, in-person.Regarding the staff, you're either going to get incompetence, indifference or rudeness from them.But most importantly, they lack integrity. When it comes to the health of you and/or your family, DO NOT trust this pharmacy. You've been warned.
