My review is based off of Allen the manager , he was busy and extremely efficient one of the only employees I've seen hustling and working hard to maintain a clean, stocked environment, he was very attentive and professional, he definetly is an asset to this location. Even chatted about the issue I was having ie small talk and is very easy going.

This is the worst cvs I have ever seen they never have anything ready when they say they get the wrong prescription or never have it. The staff is rude and including the pharmacist. The main office will do nothing about it. I wish my insurance would have never changed their contract with Publix.

Always helpful and friendly. The store is always clean and tidy and they always have the products I need when I need them.

I got my vaccination on a recent visit and they had a sub in nurse and I tell you her greeting and personality brought me some peace and kind experience and my anxiety and her attention to details brought My visit so much better than I expected.

I would do zero if possible. Absolutely the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. The lady that works there is extremely rude and unhelpful. This is the second time I’ve needed antibiotics and the lady refuses to fill it till the next day. Do not trust your health to these people.

If I can give no stars I would, as niche as that line is, I would trade this one star for none in a heartbeat. I work in healthcare and dealing with this CVS makes me wonder if they started only accepting workers that used to work in Walgreens (iykyk). Their pharmacy phone line and customer service skills not only take long but you will also be found with inadequate and overall attitude from lazy workers, WARNING TO ALLLLLLL DONT USE THIS AS YOUR PHARMACY. Extremely DISAPOINTED BY CVS!

This is by far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They never answer their phones. They never call you back. I’ve gotten the wrong medication Twice. I’ve gone to pick up prescriptions when they text me and say they’re ready and they’re gone. The service is abysmal and the staff doesn’t care. They’re going to kill someone with their negligence one day.

Would not fill a subscription because it was out of network with my insurance. I said I'd pay cash. It was a valid prescription and I was in great pain and needed it desperately but my insurance trumped money or reason. They ignored my pleas for help. They are monsters.

I never write reviews but I Will NEVER use this pharmacy again. They make you wait forever in line and if you get up to the window right when it’s closing time, they’ll close up shop with a big eff you. Doesn’t matter if you waited your turn for 30 mins while the line moves ever so slowly. They’re the worst and slowest pharmacy I’ve ever encountered and don’t even deserve one star.

This location sells spoiled milk that's still within the best-before date. I bought 2 gallons - a gallon of 2% milk and a gallon of whole milk. When I opened both containers there were chunks of milk jelly stuck to the top of the lid, the inner ring, and chunks floating at the top of each gallon. There were no further dated gallons available and I didnt want to have to make another stop with 2 babies under 2 years of age. Now I have to go back out anyway. I never buy groceries from CVS and now I definitely never will again.

The pharmacy techs are terrible. This is where my prescriptions are send, I have to wait at least 3 days before I can pick them up, because they never have them ready on time. Their excuse the system is down. It's really frustrated.

I went to my PCP last Wednesday on 1/10/24 for an annual visit. I told her that I have another month of my medication (on a 90 day supply cycle on most of my medications) but I am out of REFILLS on most of those prescriptions so can she renew my prescriptions so when I am not bothering her next month for refills. Before I left my doctor I talked to her about some pain, discomfort, diarrhea & nausea. Made me lay back and performed a physical exam where I whence pain when touched an area on the upper right of my stomach. She said it is your gallbladder & should go to the ER. She was right it was my gallbladder & it had to be removed. It was removed Saturday1/13/24 morning & I was released late Sunday 1/14/24 without any pain medication because the hospital's pharmacy & my CVS pharmacy had closed. It was a hard night. I could not get into contact with anyone to pick it up so I painfully put on some clothes to pick up the pain prescription. I did not feel like walking in & was in luck no one was in the drive-thru. I gave the tech my information & remembering that I had my annual I told her that I just needed the $1.48 pain prescription. She asked for some time to consult the pharmacist. When she came back I was going to have to get all of the prescriptions in order to get that one pain prescription or call your doctor. The pain meds & my annuals med were written by 2 different doctors. Which one do I call or do I have to call both? What if the surgeon just started an operation? He may not get back to me for hours. I didn't know what to do. So I asked How much was all the prescription$92.00.Told her to give them to me. & that's when i got mad. So I hit the call button & asked for the pharmacist. She came to the widow asking how I could held . I said "Let me get this straight I fresh out of the hospital need this prescription & i have to get all of them?" while holding up the arm with the hospital bracelet. She said "Oh sir it is our policy not to give 1 pain prescription if you have other medicines to fill. I said "Fine, give me the cheapest one I got.". $20.13. I paid & got out of there. This was the worst example of taking advantage of someone that may not be in their right mind due to bad circumstances that i have ever experienced. & i will never be caught like this again. So I need to know what policy this? Do I have to get 1 or all of the prescriptions? And is this policy specific to this location or does all locations have this policy?
