DO NOT use the CVS at Main Street and Max Leggett Parkway in Jacksonville, FL. They don't know what they are doing. I wasted a lot of time with them yesterday and they do not have good customer service.

There is no way to talk to a person you have to leave a voicemail which is extremely frustrating and bad customer service I will be switching to a different pharmacy

The Manager and employees have always been knowledgeable and helpful. They are friendly and provide a pleasant atmosphere. As always, my visit to this location was great. Wonderful customer service with a smile. ?
