Worst store EVER! I have a disabled child on multiple medications and we have an issue every time we come here. They have not given us the full prescription on two occasions. The blue haired female in the pharmacy has the worst attitude of anyone I've ever met. She slams things, yells at customers, tosses Bags at people. Lucky she is in a store because she would not get away with treating people like that out of her comfort zone. She has yelled at myself, my husband and my 80 year old father all on separate occasions. I spoke to the manager after she slammed the drive thru phone down on me and he did nothing to apologize for her behavior until my husband had to remind him that he was yelling at a female just wanting her prescription. I had driven all the way there for my daughters medicine that the automated service said was ready. I got there, they gave me the bag and when I drove home realized they never gave 2 prescriptions I specifically asked for. So I go back and got called a liar. When I showed them the proof that my entire order was ready hours ago they then said it wasn't their problem and took 20 minutes after the unprofessional blue haired woman threw her toddler like tantrum. The manager eventually said sorry but that place is a disgrace. They don't help people, they are inconvenienced by them. Pick a different spot this one isn't worth the aggravation.

CVS at Blanding and Collins used to be a good pharmacy. Now it is least desirable of any. They have pulled together the worst employees with attitude who sho customers they don't want us to bother them, they also never look at computer. I was taking Mounjaro and every month they would tell me the are waiting on pre-authorization and I would have to go in so they could look at note on computer that my card from manufacture is on computer because insurance will not pay. I had to speak to a young lady named Lynn as she appears to be the only person who cares or knows what is happening. The keep showing Diclofinac as ready for re-fill and have actually filled it several times since it was supposed to have been removed. Their standard excuse for poor service is we are waiting on response from doctors, but none of the doctors ever recant requests from CVS. I have to call doctors and have them fix CVS problems. No need to talk to pharmacists as he cares less then the workers. I am going to see if I can move all prescriptions to pharmacy other than CVS. I doubt any can be worse.

Scheduled a covid test for 5:20 pm. Arrived 15 minutes in advance. Waited in line for 30 minutes and then was told the nurse had left and I couldn't do the test. Not only that, when I said I waited for the 30 minutes, the person at the window challenged me saying \\\"no you didn't.\\\" I don't think she realizes that there's a such thing as GPS and Google Maps can verify when I arrived. Unbelievably terrible experience

Everyone from the front door all the way to the pharmacy or very very very amazing people. Always upbeat and welcoming all new patrons. I love this store the pharmacy it's so gentle when he gets me my vaccinations that I don't even know he's done it. Thank you and keep up the good work guys

Broke my tibia in 3 places in a work accident. I had one prescription filled here the day it happened. Went to fill my second 5 days later. I wasn't aware that you have to wait 7 days to get the next one. Mind you this is the first time I've ever had an injury like this and didn't know the laws surrounding narcotics. They were incredibly rude and treated me and my wife like we were up to something instead of informing us and suggesting something in the mean time. Will be filing a complaint with corporate.

This is the worst CVS pharmacy you could ever go to. Long lines, no response when you call them or long hold times. My son made an appointment for COVID-19 rapid test because he was suppose to fly the next day. He was late 3 minutes, due to a phone call from work and they cancelled his appointment even though there was no one else waiting for the test. What kind of BS is that? Go to Walgreens instead. They are much better.
