This is my Go to CVS. Here is what I may note: Usually 24 hrs. Not a Good Place to take Passport Photo! Pharmacy service is good however some prescriptions may be limited or on back order. Overall products are normally in stock, and Employees are nice and often helpful

This is the slowest, laziest, most inefficient pharmacy you could possibly choose. If you value your time, go somewhere else. The Publix on the other side of San Juan is pretty good.

Not at all happy with the San Juan CVS Pharmacy in Jacksonville. I've picked upPrescriptions there numerous times, but find the employees to be very rude and unhelpful. Their phone etiquette needs work as well. At least their behavior is consistent!There is a perfection solution for those desiring a more positive experience! Checkout the CVS Pharmacy located inside Target on Roosevelt Blvd. Their staff is friendly and HELPFUL!! Now getting RX's are a breeze and I can forgo the bad attitudes!

I want to give the BIGGEST shoutout to Carmen! She went above and BEYOND to help me! I drove across town to get my mom medicine that the CVS app said was in stock. Upon arriving, the manager went to where he thought it would be and said "guess we're just out of stock," and walked away, even though the app said it was in stock. Not to be dramatic, but utterly exhausted under the pressure of caregiving, I was in near tears. At this moment, Carmen, however, immediately took it upon herself to dig deeper and go above and beyond to help. She quickly grabbed a device to look up the item number and, when she did so, discovered the store did in fact have the item and was able to locate it for me. Not only that, but she helped me sign up for the CVS program that can help me save money long-term. Carmen is an Angel and a BLESSING and I hope that CVS will recognize her accordingly for her kindness and going above and beyond for customers!!

If I could them 0 stars, I would. Staff are super unhappy, and often take it out on customers. The pharmacy drive thru was closed for lunch until 2pm (which is cool, people need to eat) and we rolled up at 1:58pm, patiently chilling until 2pm. As soon as we geared into park, we were rudely told to leave until 2pm or we will not be helped. We weren't rushing anyone, just waiting in line until the lanes opened back up. Also, the second lane is always "closed," but this is never communicated until you pull in and wait for 15 minutes. Thanks for making us feel like dirt, CVS.

Always have complications here. Always. They forget to fill my prescriptions and when I come to pick up a day later they say they don't know what happened and put it at the back of the line so I have to wait another 24hrs... that is if they have the medication in stock at all which they rarely do. And it takes a week or it's indefinite as to when they'll get more of whichever generic med I'm needing that time. It's just always a frustration and delay of some sort. I always end up transferring to Publix. I need to just cut this cvs out completely.

Service was terrible. Was told by cashier that self-service was available - as in that's the only way you'll be getting service. I think it may have been painful for them to actually speak to a customer. The kiosk I ended up using didn't print a receipt for me either (same problem as the customer before me) one of the reasons I wanted an accrual cashier to check me out. Their prices do not warrant the ability to keep that attitude up for any length of time. To be absolutely clear this is the CVS at Roosevelt & San Juan in Jacksonville, FL.

REVIEW FOR THE MINUTE CLINIC:Speaking as a healthcare provider, practitioners NEED to tell their patients when they are looking for care out of network. My wife and I got our flu shots here due to convenience and received excellent care by the ARNP. However, weeks later we received a bill for $50 EACH just to get a standard shot that is absolutely free from any pharmacy. Shame on them for not being transparent about their practice. We will not be returning and will be warning others about their practice.

Natasha Was Great With Helping Me Save On My Prescription. Prescriptions were filled fast and easy, I was frustrated due to my coverage from Aetna wasn’t going through. She advised me to call and I was quickly informed about my situation. I ended up saving more money through my other insurance. I’m very grateful for her knowledge, knowing how much prescriptions can come up to I was excited that I was still able to save on the other insurance

This store didn't have a common pain reliever and couldn't search to see if any other stores had it. Weird considering I've had plenty of pharmacists search for this same Script at CVS.

Absolutely worst customer service! I kept getting the run around from the pharmacy about filling my prescription. I asked for the woman’s name who I was speaking to just so I can refer back once I came in to get my medicine. She refused to give me her name. Placed me on hold with out warning and then the lead pharmacy technician picked up and didn’t see anything wrong with how the other pharmacy employee handled the call and was also rude and unhelpful. 0/10. Not helpful and do not care about their customers. Definitely have a horrible way of representing cvs
