Brought out class A in because our Onan generator was quiting after being on 5 minutes, running rough. My husband is a somewhat mechanic and did all the cks before we brought it in. Gave us an extremely high estimate for the repairs, couldn't guarantee the parts would come in, in a timely manner.....we had already been there 2 days, waiting. Decided to leave without the repair and have our hometown repair guy look at it. Well, low and behold, we got home only to have to take off again, without air, because of a supposedly broken generator, it now works. Beautifully, smoothly....no repairs. What the heck?????? They were going to charge us over $3000 to fix our supposedly broken generator? Really????? I would soooo question ANYTHING they recommend. Also gave us an estimate for over $8000 for problems with the engine..... WHAT? We haven't had any engine problems......BEWARE!

I had my volvo semi truck there because I have Cummins engine and I thought they are going to fix the problem they diagnosed and told me that I have problems with the fuel line support we find some stones and you need flashing the all lines and tanks, I said ok And I believe them I thought they find my problem after a week they told my truck is ready we fixed it, ok and I went there to pickup my truck before Making The payment I ask them did you guys test the truck is fine now they said yes we took it for test drive everything is fine ok and I paid them $2400 for the work I got my key for the truck and I start the truck the truck was the same as before problem not fix I told them again hey truck is not fixed they told me go get some fuel and maybe is going to fixed the problem anyway my truck still shaking at 1000 rpm between 1200 rpm, for my opinion they are 0 fixing problem diagnosing 0 not worth the money

Like many I was concerned about the high cost of Cummins service but after a recent experience with my RV, those concerns were unwarranted. For me, quality, reliability and efficiency are what I look for in RV service, which as many are now aware, you seldom find those qualities in a dealership.
My RV was dead in the driveway and towing was not an option. The service manager, Anthony, was prompt with the quote, fantastic on communicating when the parts and techs would be arriving.
Gus arrived on time and diagnosed the problem with the computer, put in a test ECM, the engine ran fine, and then he diagnosed another issue with a small part that caused all of my problems. He ordered the parts and Anthony scheduled Travis to arrive on Friday morning.
Within 2 hours, the parts were replaced, the engine ran fine, and there were no other faults displayed on the computer.
I highly recommend Cummins Jacksonville for any engine repairs. Watching them work was impressive and I am very confident that the repair was completed to the highest standards.

I was extremely impressed with the mobile service provided by Cummins of Jacksonville. My motorhome was dead in the driveway and towing was not an option. The team diagnosed a issue with my ECM, put in a test ECM to verify the problem and came back to replace the part and complete the repair, all in the same week. They were on time, with excellent communication, and I am confident that the repair was completed to the highest standards. I highly recommend Cummins of Jacksonville for any diesel repairs and service!

Awesome technical support with an electrical overheating issue. Low voltage will prevent your electric engine fans from running and cause an overheating issue even at idle within five minutes. 13.7v is what you should be seeing for this not to happen.

We had a wonderful experience here with our RV, doing the fuel rail recall. Called last week, pleasant person on the phone scheduled us in when it was convenient to us, arrived night before and stayed in their RV lot with hookups. In the morning “Travis” came out and did the job in the driveway. He was pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable and extremely easy to deal with. He said he would try and get it done outside so not to get any dirt in RV. We are so pleased with the experience we just had! We were on our way in a couple hours. Unfortunately we don’t live in Fl but would highly recommend them.We would definitely use them again if in the area!

We are traveling this winter in our 23 ft motorhome and the generator died. Camping World recommended Cummins to do the work and we could not be more pleased. They got us in the day after we called for an appointment. Replaced the fuel filter, fuel pump and changed the oil. Warranty work. I thought we would be spending all day, no we were out in less than 2 hours. Thank you doesn't say enough.

Needed servicing on my Class A Diesel Motorcoach before hitting the road last month. Full time RV'er and these guys got me right in for service on a convenient schedule. Great customer service and very reasonable pricing. Thorough technicians. Planning on my next service in a few weeks.

I am looking for genuine Cummins service for annual (lube and oil change) service for my motorhome and was just informed that they are scheduling for the end of February. I guess I am looking in the wrong area.Please keep in mind that this service is not inexpensive as the bill starts at $1290 (their advertised special!!!) and only goes up from there.

I don’t know how they can call themselves a service center. While traveling in our RV we had a fuel pump stop working. We were towed in and a week later and $10,000 lighter we left Jacksonville and headed west. After 100 miles we pulled over and found our tow car sprayed with diesel fuel. We were again towed in to another Cummins service center who found that the bolts were never tightened. BEWARE
