I had been working with a different Allstate Insurance company, who after several years failed to live up to their past customer service, so I started my own research to find another agent. After interviewing and/or researching many agents I discovered Chris Warner’s company, and have now been with them more than a year. Since the very beginning I have experienced the best customer service regardless who I reached in his office. They are the most responsive and helpful staff regardless of the issue; including filing a claim. I highly recommend this office for all of your insurance needs.

Not happy that they sent me mail with a picture of my house on the outside and inside of the bi-fold pamphlet. Also shady that they claim 5 star customer rating on Google when I look them up to see they have a 3.7.

Agent Kristine told me to go with another company because she wouldn’t give me another quote for home owners insurance after they did not give me another quote back in August when I called after I received notice of them canceling my insurance I’ve had with them for 7 yrs. Very unprofessional! Seems as if she wanted the commission for the higher quote.. ended up going with another company and received a hell of a great deal ..don’t use them unless you want to pay too high of a price
