I usually go to the Monument location but since the Manager was not there I decided to go to the Beach location to get the help I needed with my current phone and possibly get a new one. I was greeted by Lizbeth and Rosalba and while explaining my phone issues Vanessa the area Manager came out to assist me.Customer service A+, Problem solving A+. I like the fact that I was there for a while and never felt like a number and all 3 were very attentive to my needs and concerns. This is a cricket that I would come back to because I know that they will get my concerns resolved and I will be treated like a customer and not a number. Thank you so much and am.enjoying my phone !

Liz and Kayleigh helped me two separate days with my phone and my Apple Watch. Both so attentive and helpful they took care of multiple different issues with my Apple ID and getting a new phone the day of, they were so sweet the entire time and were extremely efficient even driving to pick up my phone, thank u girly pops loveeeddd ??
