I must day I had one of the best customer service experiences. Tamia was friendly and knowledgeable about products. She went above and beyond to help me upgrade my plan and understand the benefits of each product. 5 stars for me.

I went to Metro first, which was horrible. Can't pay with debit. After setting everything up with my info I found out and went to cricket and the lady was awesome.

I will never use cricket again they hang up on u when u call custmer service they dont work with u on ur bill dont get acp plan on ur accont it joke u save money but if u put a bridge on ur account go pay next day they take ur money they cut ur phone off u half pay new activaton fee and another month on ur bill i hate cricket ill never use them again

Walked in wasn't greeted but store clerk yelled to back twice telling another co worker to provide her number as he just arrived and not even clocked in. I just walked out because the energy was all wrong I didn't feel the service would be good going to another location

I love this store! He knows a lot about the plans and I asked him if he could help me change my contacts from one phone to the other, and he did it very quickly! I don't know anything about technology, so it helped me a lot with this problem! THANKS A LOT
