Why don't employers expect a general decorum from their staff. Everytime I visit this store the staff is so selfenvolved there is not an ounce of "customer service" it could be that a poor pay scale makes it impossible to retain a profesional staff, or the ability to expect much from them at all. Insults, smoking slouched over a table in uniform in front of the store. This is exactly what you should expect from Cricket
